When it first started failing they came out to look said it was are sub flooring it wasn't we had contractors come inspect and said it wasn't and that even if it was it would fail that fast they left all kinds of crap under it making it pop up separate and finally once I proved it wasn't my sub floor they came back out half ass redid the living room area and kitchen leaving glue marks and missing pieces under my appliances I cannot believe I've spend so much money just for it to fail they don't take accountability and the workers are horrible they rush do a half ass job and leave trash all over. Super disappointed now I will need to spend thousands more getting it all redone.

When it was time for Dave worn Carper Man to provide some demo of floors he did not respond to numerous texts and calls until the night before stating he didn't have the help. He said that he would however provide the material and installation but had not ordered the material and was now on COD so he was not sure how long it would take. We reached out and asked for refund so we could locate a contractor to roommate work as needed. After a couple texts and call and even a offer to accept payments we were told he didn't have the money and has since ghosted us. It is so frustrating and sad beside being against the law to take funds for a job and spend it on something other than the job. Now we have to pursue legally and file all the necessary complaints.

When I returned the samples Debra said she would schedule someone to come give me a bid. I then called her at the beginning of March she let me know there had been a medical emergency in Febuary and that Doug would come on March 8th to measure for a bid. Unfortunatel, Doug was a no-show/call but called me the next day to let me know he would work me into his schedule. Today the 28th I called and was told maybe Doug could fit me in for a bid in April. My insurance company has been slow moving and this is why I was not too concerned about the time. However, over a month for a bid when you no-showed seems a bit much.
