I could overlook the cluttered and disorganized feel if it weren't for the horrendous customer service.
I wanted to try on a pair of pants and found the only fitting room locked. The only staff member on the floor was the cashier, who had a line four deep. I wound up waiting another ten minutes and was eventually let in by the manager, whose attitude suggested he had better things to be doing. I decided to purchase the pants. The price I was charged seemed high, but perhaps I misremembered the markdown. I walked over to the rack and found every like pair of pants marked $11 less than what I was charged. The cashier insisted mine were a different style, despite the fact that they were an exact copy, save for the size. I brought two other pairs, exactly the same as mine, and showed her they were marked down as well. The trouble was that the markdown was attached to the hanger, which I left in the fitting room. She offered to meet me halfway, as if it were a weekend bazaar. I insisted now that I be charged the marked price and nothing more. After waiting for the very busy manager to approve me getting the marked price, I was finally rung up correctly. But the clerk did so with a smirk on her face that communicated what an ass she thought me to be for not just accepting the overcharge and moving on. And as an aside, by the time I stood at the counter for awhile, I counted seven employees on duty, but seemingly none available on the floor to help customers and never more than one running a register, even with lines four and five deep.
