Even though they weren't able to fix the problem, I was very impressed with the service I received. While I was there, I also asked about car battery costs, and the staff took their time to explain the different options available. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer all of my questions. What stood out the most was that I never felt rushed. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered to check my car battery. I didn't have enough time that day, so I decided to skip the battery check, but I truly appreciated the offer. It's refreshing to find a business that values its customers and takes the time to provide honest, and helpful information. I will definitely be back next time I need battery service. Highly recommend them to others.

I think this would be a good place to go if you needed a speciality battery or device. Service seems slow. On one hand, you could say each customer gets plenty of individualized time -- on the other, you're waiting in line and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, even just to check out. So I would come here if I needed a special battery, but if I needed standard batteries, I'd probably just go to Walgreens or Amazon.

It works for about 30 seconds, which is the demonstration that you will get in the store, and then will booger the back and skip stitches. When I brought the machine back, I was told there were no returns after 30 days. He was arrogant and aggressive towards me and has no concept of customer service. I burned an entire lunch break trying to come here…read more "Well why'd you do that?" Because apparently this place closes at 4PM. They work 9-4. That's better than bankers' hours! Since I, like most people, have a real job that starts before 9 and ends after 4, my only option is a lunch break run. So I drove the ~25 minutes to get here just to be greeted by a sign that says "RAMSEL'S WATCH REPAIR HAS MOVED!!" To make it worse, they don't even have the goddamn decency to say WHERE they moved to. According to the sign you have to call a number to get the new location. Okay, whatever. I called the number... NO ANSWER! And the icing on the cake, the voicemail message tells you to call ahead (I bet that the irony of having to call just to be told to call head is lost on them), and doesn't even give you the new address! So they moved but refuse to give you info on where they moved to, or to update their business info (either on Google or here) stating that they moved or update the address! One star for wasting my time.
