This proved to be a challenge as the Precor made so much noise literally 'out of the box' that i contacted Brian who cheerfully worked with me to replace the elliptical. A long story short, after taking delivery of 3 'out of the box' replacement Precor ellipticals (each unacceptable due poor 'out of the box' mechanical performance and operational noise), Brian assisted me with purchasing a Matrix elliptical and now - I am DELIGHTED with my device performance. Throughout this frustrating process, Brian and Chip graciously and without request, dedicated their time and efforts to ensure that I was 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase. In so doing, these gentlemen personified and actuated unbelievably impressive qualities of professionalism, expertise, and prioritisation and valuation of their customer. The treadmill I bought has been excellent and was priced well compared to anywhere else. I recently moved and called to have my treadmill dis-assembled and moved to the basement in my new house. First, they offered a discounted equipment move because I bought the treadmill from them even though it was a while ago. Second, there was small damage to the carpet on the stairs to the basement. While I was expecting them to reluctantly offer a small discount, they waived the complete fee! This place is truly full of professionals who care about their products and their customers. I spoke with a very kind and exceedingly helpful young man named Ryan. Trust me. He went above and beyond to help me and I put him through the wringer with a ton of questions, hesitations, and more questions. Even if I sent him an email on a weekend, he responded quickly. His knowledge of their products and patience were unlike any I have seen in a very, very long time. In fact, I would go so far as to say he restored my faith in customer service and attentiveness. Then, today, two young men pulled up in my driveway after a drive of nearly 5 hours. In around 30 minutes, they had my treadmill set up and ready to use. They were courteous and hard-working. This may sound silly to some, but I even noticed how straight they installed the floor mat and the treadmill in my office. I'm very much a person that likes to have things neat and orderly and I could not have done it better myself. So today, I have the privilege and the pleasure of reading my owners manual and finally having a treadmill in my home with which to improve my health and well-being. For some reason yelp has me as living in California, when I actually live here in Colorado. I…read morebought a Tuff Stuff bench from Fitness Gallery here in Colorado some time ago. It was a flat bench with an upper and lower pulley ~~ pretty simple. These units are sold with a "lifetime warranty," which is a main reason to buy one. About four years ago I had a pulley cable break. I tried calling and e-mailing Tuff Stuff, which is headquartered in Chino, CA. No answer either way. Fitness Gallery was sympathetic but it was a "manufacturer's issue." I bit the bullet and had Fitness Gallery repair it. This cost me around $150. Last month the cable started fraying again. FG sent out another repair guy to replace the cable. This time it was $318. So I'm into this for around $500 ~~ just for cable repairs. Keep this cost in mind when you are looking at buying any Tuff Stuff equipment from Fitness Gallery. The "lifetime warranty" isn't lifetime, and the Tuff Stuff isn't tuff. Buyer beware. * The max load I put on these cables is 180 lbs for back rows.

**WARNING** Monitor Your Purchas History!!! I give this…read morewarning, but even if your purchase history is not correct, they won't fix it unless you report to their customer service desk with information from their website and stand in front of them. I recently purchased a firearm from the Colorado Springs Scheels. While waiting for the Colorado Democrat's "cool down" period to pass, I decided I would register for a Scheels online account to track my purchases. After creating an account, I noticed it actually had all my purchase history, likely from using the same email for digital receipts on previous purchases. While looking at my purchase history, I noticed the firearm I purchased, but then noticed a second firearm purchased 1 minute later... Yet, I only purchased one firearm. The website shows receipts for all the purchases. The receipt for the firearm I purchased shows "Customer: Default Scheels" in place of my name. Yet the receipt for the firearm I DID NOT PURCHASE shows "Customer: James Parker" and shows it being purchased using two separate cards (a VISA and a MasterCard) - and using my name on the receipt. Additionally, I confirmed they offer a 5% discount for miliary veterans. I showed my veteran ID and then paid the total. Looking at my receipt, the veteran discount was not applied to my purchase... Yet, when I look at "my" other receipt, for the firearm I DID NOT PURCHASE, it shows Scheels applied the veteran discount to this mysterious second firearm sale using my name and account information and then applying a "Tax Exempt" ID number that I have never seen once in my life. I am not sure if who's information they used for the background check, they say I don't need a new background check to purchase another weapon as long as it's within 30 days... If this is malicious, it would make sense this next sale happened one minute later before a legitimate customer came to the counter. I'm not sure who they will be handing this other, paid for, firearm to - I just hope and pray it's not someone with bad intentions. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to Kevin. Kevin says this is beyond anything he can handle and that he would require me to return to the store in person to provide them with proof and documentation. After explaining to Kevin that all my documentation is from THEIR website, he still insisted I will have to bring the documentation from their website to their store for them to address in person. I used to think firearms sales transactions require strict record accuracy... until I purchased a firearm at Scheels. But at a minimum, customers should be able to trust that their information is protected and handled appropriately -- especially when it involves firearm transactions. I would highly recommend purchasing your firearms from a ligament firearms dealer before trusting a retail zombie like Scheels for your firearms purchase.
