I was pleasantly surprised when I found a beautiful all leather belt in my size-- it was a fashion miracle! I got the last small at $15 and you definitely can't beat that price. I think it's made by Halogen which is a pretty sturdy and classic brand. Either you are hounded by sales people trying to push clothing on you to get a sale or you are treated like your patronage doesn't matter. Today I came to do an exchange and I couldn't tell who worked here and I was approached only after I picked up a few items to try on. As I started browsing the shorts section I was asked what my size was and when I gave the sales girl my answer she was shocked. She insisted I was a 25 even though my size is between 28-29 depending on the brand. I asked if their jeans ran big and she couldn't give me a straight answer. She hands me a size 25 in jeans and that waist was itty bitty and I knew it wouldn't fit me. I politely said I can tell just by looking at something if it will fit or not and she literally said; "well I know too". Who answers a customer like that? I didn't want to argue and handed the jeans back because I am a true size 6 and not trying to squeeze my a** into a size zero. Anywho I was about to walk out the store but decided to keep my cool and just try on the items in my dressing room. All I can say about the sizes at Buckle is that they are all over the place. I tried on a black pair of jeans size 26 and they were a little tight on me. Then I tried on size 27 shorts and they were huge. Then I tried on a size 25 shorts and they fit just fine yet size jeans looked like a size 1 and it's very confusing. I left with the only pair of shorts that fit which were 25's but normally that is not my size. Another thing I find strange is that the sales girl never came to my dressing room to ask if I needed help thus I ended up getting the sizes I needed myself. I don't understand what's the point in working on commission if you're not even helping your customers. This was a pretty disappointing shopping experience to say the least and I seriously don't intend on coming back to this location. Buckle at Chapel Hills Mall is an absolutely no and I do not recommend them.

And if you give them an opportunity, they will help dress you for your unique body type and style, which is great if you need that level of service.
