The price can range from low to high depending on the product. They had all sorts of toys that you can't even imagine. Knowledgeable staff It was my first time buying and I had a lot of questions. They were super helpful in explaining things very well and their expertise made purchasing a product much easier. Great customer service They do have a strict no return/exchange policy which makes sense because of the type of products. However, the manager Cheyenne is super helpful if you do have an issue. I appreciated the way they handled a concern I had on a product. They do value the customers. Overall, seductions has a large selection, a knowledgeable staff, and great customer service that makes the sex shop experience smooth and comfortable.

Upon arriving, I was not greeted by the girls at the front - apparently folding panties takes precedence over helping customers. I was lost and discouraged, ready to leave, when my white knight came wielding a smart pink measuring tape. I never knew my proper bra size until JOSH measured me. The items he picked for me are PERFECT. While many retail associates are obviously trying to sell as much as possible with no regard to the customer's desires, Josh took the time to learn what I wanted and then introduced me to products I never would have tried or known about without his assistance. I've never felt sexy or beautiful leaving a lingerie shop until I met Josh. The only way my experience could be improved is if I could skip the snooty gals in the front and if josh could have helped in my fitting room!! If I'm comfortable with it then phooey to whatever bogus "rule" about men in the rooms!! I will not be shopping at Victoria's Secret without Josh's help ever again!
