Great selection of plus size clothes. Very sexy . A little pricy but totally worth it. I spent a couple hundred dollars here!!! I never spend that kind of money but I loved their clothes. Class looking place with a beautiful dressing room. Which had a chair for my husband to sit it in and private which was great not that we were doing anything naughty but because I'm disabled and sometimes need help getting clothes on and off. Staff was wonderful and let me stay a little late since I spent so much time trying on clothes. They were super helpful answering questions about products. I highly recommend them. read more

I had such an amazing experience when I went into the fascinations off of Dublin and Academy in Colorado Springs. Hannah was incredible! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable, which I don't normally. I highly recommend the store the staff was great and she went above and beyond. Looking for things like this can be a little intimidating feeling welcome and at ease is super important and Hannah did all of those things for me. I've been coming here for years. I've spent a substantial amount of money and I've never had an issue. Today I went in and found a great top for $12. I found a cute bottom to go with it and headed to the register. The top scanned into the system for $24. So the girl ringing me out grabbed the shift manager and asked her to correct the price. The shift manage proceeded to tell me that they just did price increases and there was nothing she could do about it. She told me that the price change was missed and it wasn't their fault so they wouldn't honor the price that was on the item. I was mildly shocked that A) the price increase was literally double what the tag was, which seems extreme to me, B) that they would not honor what was on the tag and C) that they wouldn't take accountability for an error that was clearly made by the store. And as I was standing at the register, the shift manger was instructing the sales girl that she would have to change the price on the item once I left. I was upset and ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I've worked in retail/customer service and have been a consumer of retail stores for many years and I've never had someone not try to make an issue like that right, and I've never heard someone not take accountability. It was an incredibly disappointing experience that made me feel like my business does not matter to them in the least. If this is their method of customer service, I'm not sure I want to take my business there anymore. read more

I agree with the 5 star reviews that the staff is friendly and helpful,but a couple things bring my rating down, the CBD oil my biggest gripe. A label was covering the ingredients so I asked the sales guy if it was a good brand and he said he went to some meeting about it and seemed good, so I thought I'd chance it since I had a coupon for half off that would expire that day. Tried it when my other ran out and it tasted so-o bad. I had been using Charlotte's Web, which is simply the hemp extract, a carrier oil and flavor. Looked on the web to find the ingredients in this awful tasting stuff -- MCT Oil, Water, Propylene Glycol, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium (Sweeteners), Potassium Citrate, Red 40, Natural Flavor, Niacinamide, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Vitamin B6, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Vitamin B12, Hypoallergenic CBD Isolate. Sucralose? Red 40? Why all these unneeded chemicals? Could not take and as one person mentioned, return policy is very strict. Will NEVER come to this store again. Hannah was helping us, and she was showing me a million and one things that were hideous as lingerie. As an entertainer I like to go in and get what I know I need and leave. I appreciate her trying to help but she was definitely drunk or something. She was stumbling around, I had to help her check out my items because she couldn't figure out where she was, and she was stepping all over the things she was dropping on the floor. My husband and I stopped at this location on our way back home from a lovely evening out with friends. We were feeling a lil romantic so we decided to stop. At first the store was clean and welcoming. We we're looking at outfits and toys, but just looking for something in a specific catagory. So we get to the electronics dept a literally immediately got BOMBARDED with this woman opening different toys , telling us about remotes, her favorites, lube, chargers and Warranties. I just wanted to shop and look with my husband, not discuss anal beads for what seemed like an eternity with a perfect stranger. Perhaps we looked like shop lifters because she wouldn't leave. Finally we pick a few items (if only to get out of the store without any more discussion about beads). My hubby got a "dream catcher" for lack of better words, and I got a pocket rocket (omg!!! That's the extra star btw). Now the woman that was following us around like a hungry college kid working on commission. She made a point to continue telling us about the warranties and guarantee's on the items.. waterproof, one year warranty blah blah blah... so my husbands toy, well it didn't function properly. It was supposed to have a pumping mechanism for extra pleasure, it simply didn't (period). Basically it was the whole reason for that purchase. Pretty much the whole reason for stopping in the first place. Needless to say after spending $200 and listening to the sales woman's extensive anal knowledge we left with an item that did not do what it was advertised specifically to do. So it was not used... We return the next morning before leaving the Springs back to Denver. Receipt in hand and product boxed for a return. With all the warranty and guarantee bull shit we were told, you would have thought they'd honor it? Now I completely understand that you cannot put something in yourself or yourself in something and then return it, cause EEEwwwww. However, this item was opened, he checked the pump with his hand to see how "tight" it would get before he put his member in it... they absolutely REFUSED to replace it. Now she did say it was warrantied but WE PERSONALLY have to go through the manufacturer. In my vast history of shopping (I shop A LOT) never ever had I had someone straight out refuse and exchange. The retailer will take the broken merchandise and send it to the manufacturer to get their money. Not make the consumer do it. Especially when the store is lucky to get consumers at all with the internet and amazon. I told the sales woman specifically that my husband and I usually order online but we were on "date night" SHE SPECIFICALLY SAID .. "oh but if you go online you don't get the warranty... " well FUCK. This is my new favorite shop. Not only do they have a great novelty section, they have amazing clothes. Super cute from every day wear to night wear. It is very open and bright. You feel welcome and not uncomfortable. They do not pester you in there, but will help you when you need it. Prices are pretty good too. Cheaper then the other place I was going. I have been going to Fascinations about once a month since moving into the Colorado Springs area. The store is very clean, the selection is well stocked and good quality, and I absolutely LOVE the staff. They are so personable, sweet, and really know the product well which overall helps the buyer find what they really need. And if you have a request for a product that they don't carry, they are more than helpful in giving you any suggestions or alternate places that may carry the item. I have been to a few other shops like Fascinations in the Springs, but I have found that the Fascinations on Dublin is the best store hands down.
