Big Feet are all over the city. I've been to one other location previously (Victoria Drive) so when we wanted to go for a last minute foot massage (aka. reflexology), we decided to give this location a try. We called ahead and were able to make a same day booking so we dropped in mid Sunday afternoon. The inside is pretty bare and simple. They had a couple rooms for body massages; foot massages occur right at the entrance. Prices are okay. They advertised that their prices are increasing as of January 1, 2018 but when we went (October 2017), it was already at the new prices. $38.00 for a 50 minute reflexology (rather than $33.00). You can pay for the treatment by credit card but tips are cash only. My reflexology treatment was decent. I had an older lady so she couldn't go as hard as I wanted (she was using a tool half the time). My two companions had younger practitioners so they were hands on the whole time. They speak limited English (mainly Mandarin). I'd wait for a Groupon to come back. Just decent.

It's that odd green wall, and quick reno.. this place is new... and odd at the same time.

A wonderful, wonderful experience! I only disappointed myself that i booked JUST the 60 min foot…read moremassage (which included neck, back, calves) on the second to the last day of my trip. I was so impressed, so relaxed, and some previously tight muscles in my legs were completely eased and pain free. We immediately booked repeat sessions on our last day, but I now regret not booking full massages earlier. This is magnificent place for massage, quiet, peaceful, very friendly and accommodating, and all therapists assure you are comfortable with the pressure. Would go back again, multiple times, on my next trip.

I booked a last-minute trip to Vancouver and wanted to treat my husband and myself to a couples…read moredeep tissue massage. Most of our go-to spots were already fully booked for the weekend, so we were open to trying somewhere new. There is a parking garage directly beneath the massage studio, but be aware of nearby events, especially at Rogers Arena. We ended up paying a steep flat rate of $50 for all-day parking because of an event, so I recommend allowing extra time to find more affordable options if you're visiting on a busy day. The space itself is fairly small. As you walk in, there is a station for foot massages on the right, and a couple small private rooms toward the back. We were shown to one of those private rooms for our session. My husband and I both enjoy deep tissue massages with strong pressure, and this place delivered. The massage was excellent. In fact, it was one of the best we've had. The pressure was exactly what we were looking for (we like "it hurts so good" pressure), and the price was incredibly reasonable. We were glad we brought cash for tipping, as the credit card system didn't include a tip option. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for a deep tissue massage. The value was fantastic, and we were really impressed with the experience. $314 for a 90-minute couples massage felt like a great deal, especially for the level of care we received.

Definitely my favourite spa in Vancouver for massages. The atmosphere is so relaxing, from the…read moretrickling water to the essential oils you can smell, they've done a really good job transporting you so you're relaxed before your treatment even starts. One thing I respect is they always give you your full time too, not like other places where you pay for a 60 minute massage but the first 10 minutes are them asking you questions or getting dressed and it's really only a 45 minute massage. No, they literally look at the clock once they start massaging and that's when your time starts. And everyone is great, I go to Hilary when I can, Miyako is great too, but honestly I've never had a bad massage there by anyone. The traditional thai massages are really nice, they give you clothing to wear and basically guide you into different stretches and push your body in ways that really stretch you out in the best way. Their aromatherapy massages are great too. If it's your first time I recommend the East to West as it includes a little bit of everything.

This place is fantastic, I'm so glad I found it. We did the couples Lotus massages. The facial made my face feel so fresh and rid of dead skin. I would go back in a heartbeat.
