She was immediately condescending and rude. She said, "Dear, I'm in the MIDDLE of OPENING and I'M the MANAGER and you can just go to the box office people and WORK IT OUT WITH THEM," and hung up on me. I never asked for a manager. I just needed help. They clearly don't have a real support system. No one was available to handle a simple ticketing issue. After everything I spent to attend, including hotel and airfare, being dismissed like that was unacceptable.

But refused to show us all the photos only showing us one that was taken afterward but our friend said they absolutely did take photos of her while peeing and she kept asking then to stop and tried to cover herself. They do not care at all about people's well being or ability to get home safely. My other friend luckily found a ride home safely but they did not bother to notify us or let her come back to the table to pick up her belongings. What does that say if the employees won't drink what there serving paying customers? The entire place just seems to be a total shit show since I was there the first couple times. They use to have some great concerts posted but they haven't had any in more than a year. Regulars said in the past the gm n staff kept the place clean n very Safe smooth going operation.
