The last two times we didn't have to wait in line too long, but in the past we have been in a line that went all the way down the block that doesn't move swiftly. And when weather isn't ideal, that can be a bit daunting. We usually try to do the ticket packaged with food and beverage. This time we did the Paper Plane ticket which includes an appetizer, dessert, and non-alcoholic drink. I decided to order one adult beverage and although I didn't get my NA beverage, they still charged us the full amount of the drink. It would have been nice if we could have just paid the difference. Their table running could be more efficient. One of our orders went to the table next to us. We overheard the people saying what's this, oh what a nice surprise (because they didn't order it!) so we had to re-order. I'm sure the room fills up with big acts, but it's always been only full in the front part of the room when we go. I would love it if they would space out the tables and chairs because we're literally crammed in like sardines and with four people sharing a cocktail table (each ordering multiple items), we all had to hold our plates in our laps. There seems to be space in the house, so why not give us some elbow room to spread out for shows that aren't sold out? Overall, it's a great time and there's always friendly staff.

This is my third and last time going to the Spokane Comedy Club. We were sat in the back of the show, not near anyone and we were told by the waiter that we'd be kicked out if we continue the table talk even though we were trying to figure out the menu process. They overcharged one friend who is making a complaint on her card. They also said we heckled the comedian when that was as not what happened. People were making comments from all over the room and yet wee were singled out. Meanwhile the person in front of me blocked my view of the stage the whole time with their talking and was making out with their partner but we could not laugh a bit. My friends had got up to leave, politely, because of an emergency with their kids and they were escorted out like they did something wrong. Just super gross behavior all around by staff.

The quality of show is very high, especially for a community theater. The one frustrating thing is the parking, what you have to pay for. But I think that's unfortunately pretty standard at this point. So it's a lovely facility, the shows are a lot of fun, definitely worth checking out.

We were told we would have the venue for 8 hours with full use of the Kitchen and the Patio. We live in Seattle so planning from a far was a little difficult. I got a phone call from someone asking a lot of questions which I answered. 2 weeks later I got an angry call from the office manager asking me all the SAME questions and with an attitude. I was already frustrated that I had to keep giving the same information over and over. Why wasn't this information being recorded? My mom took our caterer to the venue and the manager told them that our package did not include the use of the kitchen. WHAT!? She also informed us that we only had 6 hours, not 8. That includes set up and take down time!! I was furious at this point. I asked to speak to someone else in charge and finally got someone helpful who allowed us to use the kitchen. After all that drama, the day of the wedding came. The kitchen was filthy when we showed up so we spent half our prep time cleaning. The "Event Host" had no idea what he was doing so our guests had cold steak for dinner because he couldn't turn the ovens on.... unacceptable. My family and friends spent hours cleaning the venue (including things that weren't even asked of us). We left the venue far cleaner than the way we found it. To my surprise, the office manager sent me an email on our honeymoon stating that we stained their carpet and that we were to send her a check for $100 or she would cash my $500 deposit check. This was outrageous to me being that we DIDN'T EVEN USE THE CARPETED AREA for food transport and my father-in-law spent time to walk the venue with the event host to make sure there were no problems. I am overall so dissatisfied with the "service" we received. The staff of this venue was by far the most stressful and difficult part of our wedding.
