The utility room floor is still untouched, and getting worse. We've been trying to get them to fix everything and they are refusing. They even tried to deny working on the house at first because we paid cash. This has been going on for over a year now. We have the IL Attorney General involved, but Woods still has yet to rectify anything. We are expecting Woods to do the right thing especially with such a big motto to live up to and apparently with all this money they have to spend on paying people for good ratings; how about just do the right thing and earn the good rating like a good company does. Do the right thing Woods and fix our home so we don't have to go any further in this case. We know you can and we appreciate that.

The guy spent at least 6 hours here and complained he had to use too much product to lift the slab. He never got it lifted all the way up! He also left the remnants of the foam all over the concrete, vinyl siding, storm door, porch post, and soffit. They sent another employee out to clean the mess. However he only came with a wire wheel and grinder to remove the foam. That just makes everything look worse. Supposedly a manage at the company was to come out and find a solution. He cancelled the 1st appointment and we can't seem to get a phone call returned. I think they are avoiding us!

We had an old concrete driveway torn out and a new one put in the first of April 2021. We signed a handwritten contract and it was paid in full, however the work was never completed. During the project, the owner was not on our property very often. There was one young man and 2 very young boys that did the work. The owner did come one day and brought his dog and two young children, letting them run all over our property including across the driveway that had just been poured. This left a permanent marks that cannot be fixed without repair work done. While the driveway was drying we contacted the owner asking him to come out to discuss that spot along with a several other problem areas we noticed right away, including an actual hole down to dirt. He made excuses and when he finally came, it was only to kick the driveway and say 'I hate picky people'. He made no offer to fix anything or give any type of refund. They also were very disrespectful of our property, spilling concrete on a large area of the yard and killing the grass, spilling rock all over the road (to which the owner told us to just call the city and tell them to come sweep it up), leaking oil all over the road and leaving large piles of dirt in the road. We spent a lot of time and money cleaning up the mess they made and putting in sod to replace the grass they destroyed. Lastly, the driveway never was sealed despite the contract clearing showing we paid for this to be included. There is a note from the owner on the contract stating 'Be back April 5th to seal driveway'. The $150 fee for this work was never returned. We contacted the owner by text and phone numerous times over the last 3 months for a refund of the $150. He had many excuses including stating he was out of town for over a month. The last communication was when he called my husband and cussed him out. He has been nonresponsive since. We hope others steer clear of this company when looking for any type of concrete work. The unprofessionalism and poor work quality makes us strongly believe this gentlemen should not be in business at all.
