There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either. The next day the two service guys came here and worked to put the new system in. It was such hard work for them to remove the old system. They built a new platform for the new system to sit on and fit the new system where the old system was.
