We bought a very cool silver ring from Hard Silver - Deep who had an amazing selection of hand designed unique sterling silver designs. We bought some bacon dog cookies from Angie's Pet Bakery. At $1 a piece I'm glad the dogs loved them. We bought a unique one-of-a-kind blouse from Shop Love and Lilac. Kai Dye had a beautiful selection of tie-died bandannas, socks, sweat pants and t-shirts. Another vendor had smoked ranch flavored pretzels. What a delicious tasting treat, move over Rolled Gold. Someone was selling leather goods and handmade purses. Could not believe that they were only $175, a lot of value here. There was even a psychic reading palms. This market does not have junk. Everything you find here is handmade or personally designed and as such is truly unique and special. Plus, every booth is different and there are not any two people selling the same thing. I'd recommend shopping here and then enjoying your Sunday afternoon at one of the local eateries along Lower Greenville.

So first things first, this market is HUGE! Festival-like huge. Here's what they claim: "The #1 review we receive from shoppers at Big Top Events is, "We had SO much fun!". It is our pleasure to offer a wide selection exhibitors to bring the very best in boutique clothing, accessories, shoes, home decor, furniture, gourmet food, dips, sauces, art, yard decorations, holiday items and so much more! There is a little bit of everything and something for everyone! Prices range from as little as $5 and up to $2,000 and beyond. Our market is 50% hand made items and 50% manufactured items. 100% of Exhibitors are small business owners, shopping with us puts money directly into the local community. 90% of Exhibitors are based here in the Lone Star State, others travel from Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisianan, Oklahoma and Arkansas!" Here's what I experienced: *they offer a 4 story complimentary parking garage & plenty of complimentary street parking options *it is certainly true that leashed dogs are welcome, but apparently so are lemurs & their babies...true story *they truly offer is a bit of everything, and all price points are offered...but I wasn't prepared for some of the offerings, and I personally was unaware that many businesses are not locally based. For example, it was nice to see Rodeo food, unique boutiques, and handmade ink pens. I was not expecting independent consultant MLM representation, non Native peoples selling dream catchers, folks dropshipping items, and droves on droves of repeat items like freeze dried treats and handmade tumblers. I didn't find anyone selling fruit or produce, and very few natural products. The level of repetition had me questioning the vendor selection criteria. Nevertheless, if I visited with the goal of enjoying a day with friends, families, or the kids, this would be a great market to do so. I appreciate the Port-a-potties in multiple areas & plenty of activities for the kids in the main square (bouncy houses, playground slide). Even if it was like 90 degrees under the actual big top, there's plenty of food and alcohol to go around, and plenty of things to look at, touch, and sample to kill a few hours and support local(ish). I may be the outliar here, bc others seemed to be enjoying themselves. It's a 3.5 from me as a solo Market goer on a mission to find quality local and unique goods, but I certainly welcome everyone to go out and experience this market atleast once!

We came to browse on a Sunday and parked in the first lot for just $5.00 - super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of the market was under cover or even indoors (which is a huge plus in July in Texas!). There's so much to see. We walked around for about 3 hours, taking a nice break inside the convention building where there's a restaurant, tables, and air conditioning - perfect for cooling off. Even though we didn't come looking for anything specific, we still ended up leaving with a few great finds. There's truly something for everyone here. There's also a large outdoor section, but the heat was a bit much this time - we'll definitely check that part out next time when it's cooler. I appreciated the number of food and drink vendors, plus plenty of bathrooms along the way. Overall, a fun and worthwhile visit! 2 days to see it all. This has to be the biggest open air market in Texas! Anything and everything…read more Lots of food, high prices, but lots of fun. Make sure you get a burger at noon. We waited till the end around 330 and they were out at some places and cash only at others. End of day no cash left. It was packed and Internet service slow to non existent. There were thousands of people and everyone trying to use Internet at once. It was difficult to purchase some things. Sunday was way more enjoyable than Saturday. Way less people Sunday. Parking $5 daily. I suggest you pay otherwise you are walking a long way for free parking. At the end of a day you put in 17,000 steps you do not want to walk a quarter mile to the car carrying stuff. If you get there early, strong 830-900 you get a shaded spot up front at the center lot.

Items in the store included: vintage toys, books, home items like furniture, dishes, housewares, quilts ... this store has EVERYTHING. Visiting the Armory Flea Market is worthwhile. The location probably has 25-35 vendors, this store is by no means a mess but be prepared to be observant and bend down to see every shelf. This is not a giant mall, but we found multiple items we have been searching for here this afternoon! Do not let the green shipping containers at the front scare you off, keep walking it is worth it to explore. They only take cash so come prepared.

I managed to go with a veteran and we made it all the way from Waxahachie through to Cleburne. We started at 9 in the morning and didn't stop until 6 pm. I found a lot of great items that I left with and even as we speak there's an item or two that was great that I didn't leave with. And now I'm quite upset that I managed to leave those things behind. Since I'm now in the loop on this I'll go every year; both times during the year. You can find everything from clothes, dishes, Christmas items, home décor, odds & ends, antiques, furniture, etc. Its a mix up of a thrift store, antique store, yard sale, and estate sale. I bought a new purse and new shoes for $15!!!! And I get a compliment on my purse every time I leave home. It was a great experience; can't wait til the next one!
