I like how I can also call on a Wednesday before the days of the market to see what puppy breeds they will be selling ahead of time. That is how I got my little Benji. The woman I talked to and got Benji from was super sweet and professional. She told me what he looked like ahead of time and when I arrived to pick him up, she handed me a goody bag with a toy, a blanket, and a bag of food for him along with his shot records and paperwork. It's been 2 months since I bought Benji and he is still as healthy as ever. I even took him to the vet for his round of checkups and booster shots, and he was definitely healthy. Overall, this place has been amazing the last 2 times I have been here. No complaints at all.

Maybe she meant I actually follow up with people when I say Im going to. Had the same exact experience on 2 other occasions when wanting to purchase an item; and then when I tried renting a booth and becoming a vendor. ZERO follow through. Always seem to have attitude as if they are above others Prob my LAST time to deal with them. Plenty of other good places that treat their customers WAY better.

My wife and I are always looking for new antique shops around the Metroplex. The Frisco location…read morehas some interesting vendors and great finds--we even purchased a 1950s table top lamp. Unfortunately, the customer service left us disappointed. At other antique stores, we're used to employees offering to take items to the front while we continue shopping. Here, they provide small shopping carts, but many booths and aisles were difficult to navigate with them. We ended up cutting our shopping short and spending less than we otherwise might have. The biggest disappointment came at checkout. On October 25, 2026, around 12:45 p.m., we approached the counter and saw approximately six employees standing behind it, talking among themselves. I made eye contact with one young lady, but we waited about a minute without a greeting or anyone asking whether we needed help. Finally, my wife said, "Excuse me, we're ready to check out. Can someone please help us?" The woman who eventually checked us out came across as irritated that we had asked for assistance. Instead of leaving excited about our purchase, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously. The vendors have wonderful merchandise, but inattentive service can cost both the store and its vendors sales. Buying antiques is a discretionary expense, and customers should feel welcome and appreciated when they choose to spend their money here. There were some great finds and solid deals throughout the booths. I was surprised that all the booths were unmanned, but it actually made browsing more relaxing since you could take your time looking at items and prices. Really fun spot to explore. I've heard their parking lot sales are great too, so I'll try to make it to the one in April!
