Most gas stations automatically refund the money to your card, but I had a feeling that this gas station didn't do that. I was right. I ended up needing a refund and had to go back in. He gave me cash back. I said thank you. He obviously did not hear me because as I walked out the door, he sarcastically said "you're welcome" and I told him I said "thank you".
