Was severely disappointed in my dining experience…read more I sat at the bar, as I was dining solo on a business trip. I literally sat there without being recognized that the people on both sides of me commented on how long I'd been waiting to be greeted. Ordered a mixed drink and it was extremely slow to come out - the bartender was busy, but definitely not overwhelmed. I ordered the ribeye and it seemed like it was something that might have come from a low end restaurant. The coloring and grill marks seemed fake The meat was very dense with no flavor. The saving grace was the location.

This market is actually the only market in the area, as the next one was 12+ miles away. Anyways, you can find Timmons Market next door to The Goodwill with plenty of parking available in the lot. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how big this market was, as we thought it was going to be a small market. There is quite a large selection of produce, meat, baked goods, etc. And the prices were relatively pretty cheap, especially compared to Safeway (which was 12+ miles away). We ended up purchasing chicken to cook for our dog (as that is part of her normal diet, along with her dry dog food and also vegetables and sometimes steam rice. Yes, we do cook for our dog because she deserves the best. We also made chicken for ourselves too), along with vegetables and some fruits (for ourselves and you know for our dog too). The aisles were clean and it was pretty easy to find things. The layout was similar to any other market. Service was friendly each time we shopped here. Overall, this was a nice market and would shop here regularly if I lived in this area.

If I hadn't already had 3 cups just before, I would've been all over it. But just by looking at the menu, I know they've got something good going. The rest of the store is filled to the brim with every kitchen tool or device you could possibly think of. Yes, even that specialty wok, high-end knife, or vintage toaster. They also have a great assortment of high quality vinegars, oils, teas, and infused salts, some of which are available to sample. I highly recommend you sample some things, you won't be able to get your mind off it for the rest of the day. I wish the black truffle salt didn't cost $22. They even have matcha, which the only oriental store in town doesn't even have. I was excited to stumble upon Someone's In The Kitchen.
