I'm not a fan of NY strip, the ones here in Texas from the grocery are flavorless, dry and tough and the only good part on the ribeye is the edge. So I was looking in the meat case and I saw these beautifully even marbled Premium NY strips. They were so delicious that I came back the day before I left and bought 2 whole slabs and had them case cut. Went home with $600 worth of steaks. They melt in your mouth and the flavor is worth every penny! Every single bite! The customer service provided from the manager and the butchers was top notch! We will be returning in the spring to purchase a lot more meat to haul back to Texas! Thanks guys! You're the best! The Edmonds from Willis, Tx

This market is actually the only market in the area, as the next one was 12+ miles away. Anyways, you can find Timmons Market next door to The Goodwill with plenty of parking available in the lot. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how big this market was, as we thought it was going to be a small market. There is quite a large selection of produce, meat, baked goods, etc. And the prices were relatively pretty cheap, especially compared to Safeway (which was 12+ miles away). We ended up purchasing chicken to cook for our dog (as that is part of her normal diet, along with her dry dog food and also vegetables and sometimes steam rice. Yes, we do cook for our dog because she deserves the best. We also made chicken for ourselves too), along with vegetables and some fruits (for ourselves and you know for our dog too). The aisles were clean and it was pretty easy to find things. The layout was similar to any other market. Service was friendly each time we shopped here. Overall, this was a nice market and would shop here regularly if I lived in this area.

Unfortunately, some of the sours were already sold out, so I didn't get to try the ones I was really hoping for. They did still have a few other sours available, though, and the ones we tried were pretty good. One thing I found a little strange was the beer flight. It was priced similarly to other flights we've had, but instead of the usual four beers, they only serve three. They bring the flight out on a paddle with four slots, but only allow three beers, which seemed a little odd. The food was pretty good. We got the buffalo burger, crab dip, and beer cheese soup, and enjoyed everything. The ambience is definitely one of the highlights the brewery is located inside a repurposed firehouse, which makes it a really cool and unique space. Overall, we had a good experience. I just wish more of the beers had been available and that the flight included four beers like the paddle suggests.

This is hearing damage level, folks! Service was awful. I ordered a margarita rocks, NO SALT. She brought it WITH salt. When I (finally) flagged her down she acted irked and argued that I ordered WITH salt. (Ummm no - but I will give her benefit of doubt because maybe she didn't hear me because it was so loud) They use germ laden self-pay ziosks because hey! Tip minimum of 20% for poor service quality and naturally we were charged for food we didn't order - two people and a $180 bill? No way. I ordered a $15.99 meal and so did my dinner companion and we each had just one drink and no extras. Once again, it took time to get any server to notice and resolve issue - no apology, just annoyance. I think they're annoyed because it's a SCAM and if you pay more without catching the error they get a bigger tip- funny they brought us the right meals then tried to charge us for Dallas ribeye and a large filet dinner and multiple drinks IN ADDITION to my $15.99 sirloin meal and his single pork chop meals. And you charge extra for butter for a sweet potato - talk about nickel and diming dining. Ugh! The FOOD was good and that is the only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of one. My medium rare sirloin steak was perfect - better than you should expect from a chain steakhouse - and my dinner companion liked his chop. Sides and side salads were generous and fresh. Still, I likely won't be back without noise cancelling earbuds and more patience though. I remain incensed with ziosks in general but even more so when I feel intentionally SCAMMED. (In this case, I think the manager should have apologized instead of continuing to chat up the hostess at the hostess stand, but hey! That's me. I'm just the customer after all... Be forewarned - they will probably be rude and overcharge you because I think it's SOP. Check your bill before you do part of their service job and pay by ziosk.
