He spent probably 45 mins with us and was patient about helping answer our questions. He can seem gruff but I didn't take it as rude, just a down to earth, no none sense personality. He can't be all bad after all, his little dog was there and was so lovable and I afraid of people and him so that tells me loads. We were able to try the units out in front of him so he could tell us proper inhalation with the units and how to use them and charge them correctly. I've not been in other vape shops but this man was awesome and his shop is full of juices and units of all types. I would recommend this shop and the experience of the owner to anyone!

She definitely didn't look at me when I walked in, so o assumed she was busy on her computer. So I approach the counter and say hello. She still didn't say anything back to me. Except to ask if I was so-n-so, so I confirmed and she handed me paperwork to fill out. So I sat down in the chair and proceeded to fill out paperwork. Just then, a FEDEX man comes inside and she greets him loudly and happily. Wow! It is clear at this point that she was picking-n-choosing whom to greet and be friendly to. Alas, those are the rules so I won't knock them for it. This store is excellent with great products and polite knowledgeable staff. 1 star off because the item I was looking for is not displayed requiring you to overtly ask for it, but no posted notice that they 1: have the product or that 2: if you use its common name they can't sell it to you. They told me they have to deny people regularly. Pretty sure they could get creative and find a way to inform their customers of both their stock and lexicon restrictions. Might require the owners and managers to get creative. Bottom line this shop was surprisingly good and if I lived here I would go back now knowing the rules (even though my night tonight will be significantly less fun because South Dakota Bible thumping dill weeds want to pretend people are still cleaning VHS film).
