This facility needs an internal investigation! Clearly it is shown they have paid almost $80,000.00…read morein fines and that within itself is a red flag. The staff is short handed therefore the care of the patients is horrible. An extreme example is a auto accident case that needs rehabilitation from a broken hip ended up in ICU due to nursing staff not questioning why they was being given four potassium pills a day that caused an overdose and within minutes could of been a fatality heart failure. The pt. now has a constant stutter and continues to struggle in ICU! THIS PLACE IS A DEATH SENTENCE! I needed to get a alcohol evaluation for court purposes…read morebecause I lost my license in another state and they will not comply with the requirements from any state except for South Dakota. I paid $150 for a half assed evaluation that had many mistakes I had to go back and get it corrected and found out they will not give me the full report that I need. They spent over a month doing my paperwork when they said it would take a few days. And when I go to pick it up it's not at all what I needed and I was clear to them in the beginning that I was arrested in another state and there were certain requirements that need to be met. I will give this place zero stars.
