An extreme example is a auto accident case that needs rehabilitation from a broken hip ended up in ICU due to nursing staff not questioning why they was being given four potassium pills a day that caused an overdose and within minutes could of been a fatality heart failure. The pt. now has a constant stutter and continues to struggle in ICU! THIS PLACE IS A DEATH SENTENCE! I paid $150 for a half assed evaluation that had many mistakes I had to go back and get it corrected and found out they will not give me the full report that I need. They spent over a month doing my paperwork when they said it would take a few days. And when I go to pick it up it's not at all what I needed and I was clear to them in the beginning that I was arrested in another state and there were certain requirements that need to be met.
