Her report was filled with errors and used the incorrect states visitation guideline (Washington and not South Dakota). The only thing this business did somewhat correctly is take my money, not once but twice with added "fees" over the original contract that was signed. Save yourself the grief and bypass Terri Hastings, and this office. It seems the worst of the patients indeed work there.
