That means if I only needed one more...I had to pay for a whole pallet. Air Vil told me Site One is not supposed to sell their product that way I was told when I had to drive to SLO to buy a few extra pieces. When we extended our patio I needed more pavers, of course. Our truck could carry a load from Air Vol in SLO so we had to back to Site One. Same story. I now have stacks of pavers I can't use because I was forced to buy pallets. There is one woman on staff that is nice. The rest are dismissive. Like they don't want to be bothered. Or just rude. I can't express just how much I dislike this business.

Not to mention that this is good product that someone else could use. What a waste. I even asked for store credit because I'm gonna need materials in the future. But maybe I'll find another source.

I am a school teacher, so I can only make it to the store after school. Plus, the school I work at is 23 minutes away. I got to the store at about 3:50. I waited to talk to a customer service agent. After he was done, he looked at his watch and asked if he could help him. I began to try to explain what I needed to fix my tub. He began to scold me about not remembering what part was required, thinking if I had my phone, it would help me remember the parts, so I went to get my phone from the car. I showed him the type of part I would need; it was not the correct part, but it is hard to keep things straight when a person is talking down to you. He refused even to consider a picture texted from home, insisting they were closed and he had to pick up his kids. The time was 3:58. I tried to be respectful and said it was my bad; I forgot to bring the part to school and then to the store. He said, You're right.
