Not my favorite. I ordered a house margarita on the rocks which had little to no alcohol. I am a lightweight and felt nothing after drinking it. The wings were okay. My husband ordered the 3rd hottest sauce and he didn't think it was hot at all. For comparison, he orders the third hottest sauce at BW3s and loves it. He also ordered the bbq sauce and did like that. I ordered the garlic parmesan sauce which is also what I ordered at BW3s and prefer the latter. I did like the waffle fried and our waitress was great. We probably won't go back. BW3s isn't the best but it is better compared to this restaurant. read more

This was our first time trying Big City Wings and we tried it through delivery. We really enjoyed the wing sauces and the ranch tasted great! The kids meal portion size was pretty large and you get a lot for the $. The only thing we won't be ordering again was an appetizer of the white wings. We didn't care for the taste of it. The service here was awful. We ordered classic lemon pepper wings and chicken tenders for my sons. Waitress brought out boneless wings so we sent them back. Then she brought out correct Wings that had seasoning just dumped on top so some had a pile of seasoning while others had no seasoning. Then when I asked if my son could have BBQ sauce with his tenders she said it's additional $.25 which I though was odd because usually chicken tenders come with a dipping sauce. My husband wanted to eat here, I did not. I am not a fan of wings and was not in the mood for burgers so my husband order what he wanted and for the kids. Our server Serenity has the best attitude and was so helpful for my difficult self. Her service changed my mood to try the food. And I liked it. Update: 06-05-19 Tonight was the first time in a while that the service was good and the food order came out right and on time. We kept going back every few months but began to lose faith. Great experience with both crawfish and wings, all our food was very good. I've been to all the competition around the area and it was worth the visit. I have an allergy and they made special fresh water crawfish, which not everyone does. Both the server and manager were friendly and helpful. Will go again soon! read more

I ended up at Big City Wings on accident, actually. I forgot that BWW had moved to the new location, and I wanted to watch a game. I gave it a chance anyway (let's be honest, the food can't get worse than BWW), and I thought maybe the new restaurant preserved the atmosphere and upgraded the food. I was right! That's exactly what happened. I met a bartender named Heather, and she was wonderful. She helped me through the menu, had great suggestions, and walked me through the drink specials. She was attentive and helpful throughout the experience, and the food was fantastic! The manager walked around and checked on everyone too. My friend and I dropped in for lunch after a hair appt in the same shopping center. We were given a friendly greeting by Chase and seated, as this was our first time for both of us he went over the menu. We both picked the Chicken wings off the lunch menu. YUCK-Terrible crawfish! Tried it last weekend and got the worst crawfish we've ever eaten. We used to come here every Friday during crawfish season when it was Sammy's. Boiled normal, but tossed in butter and dry Ranch dressing? Gross! No sausage and they didn't know how to serve in a bucket. We came on a slow Monday night and waited 45 minutes for our food to come out completely wrong and cold. We decided to leave and not eat a single bite of food as everything was cold and bad. The tater tots were over cooked and hard as a rock, the wings were wrong and cold, but the server Makayla was amazing! We are now leaving and going to a different restaurant after only paying for our beers. No way this restaurant is legitimate. We have six people sitting at a table now with six terrible meals. We waited 45 minutes in an empty restaurant on a Monday night and received a bunch of incorrect and cold orders. The manager came over with jokes and said "he knows who's butt to kick", but he did zero to try and keep our business. We've requested to pay for drinks so we can go get dinner elsewhere. The waitress is very nice and personable, but told us the main manager and GM are in the restaurant currently and this is what's going on. Our waitress said it's her first day working here, no training at all, doesn't know the menu, is just thrown to the wolves. We came to this location to watch the game and eat some wings. We left knowing we found OUR SPOT. The service was amazing. The manager came and check in on us to explain that the food was taking longer than normal and to apologize, but truth is, we hadn't even noticed or thought our food was taking a while. The atmosphere is inviting and you can see the TVs from anywhere in the restaurant. Once our food arrived, we were not disappointed. The wings were delicious. The waffle fries had the right seasoning. Our kids did chicken tenders and waffles and they ate it all. We also got the honeybun burger - and let me tell you, I do not regret my choices. My girlfriend and I are new to the area and are definitely foodies. With the holidays just passing we were burnt out on the typical Thanksgiving leftovers. She suggested wings but wanted somewhere new to try. We used our trusty Yelp app and discovered Big City Wings. We were pleasantly surprised needless to say. The wings were fried just right and the sauces we had were seasoned to perfection. We liked the option of trying a different sauce on each wing and of course the option of flats or drums. OMG. We come here at least once a week. We came tonight. We had bad service and the worst manager. Delay in food and not what was ordered. There is nobody in the bar and the manager told us that the delay in our food and the fact that the server did not get the order right, provide menus, silverware, napkins, etc., was due to staffing issues. Good food bad service. My wings literally came out without sauce. I ordered Buffalo sauce and my wings came out without sauce just a crunchy shell. Then I asked him for some on the side. He brought out butter. Legit melted butter. Came here after having a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings down the road. I have to say this place gave us great customer service! The manager let us in the outdoor patio since we brought our dog and was very welcoming. Milagros our server was extremely welcoming and very nice! made sure we were taken care of and was super outgoing.
