Since we grow our own basil and tomatoes, we stopped in for a dark balsamic for our caprese salad. The lady quickly offered 2 delicious choices. Their 18 year barrel aged Traditional balsamic and the Denissimo specialty balsamic with a rich lingering flavor. She bottled a fresh Denissimo for us and we went home to make our salad. The drizzle of this balsamic elevated our caprese salad and our charcuterie board. If you get the chance to visit Mount Holly on a weekend, be sure to visit Blue Moon, you will not be disappointed. Analysis paralysis was definitely a thing, I wanted to try and buy everything in the store but ended up with a 6-pack of 200ml bottles of various flavored oils. We've been trying them and they're all delicious, but my favorites have been the Chipolte and the Tuscan. Give 'em a try, you won't be disappointed.
