Because of the location, the police called Vic's instead of letting me wait for AAA Things went downhill immediately: Refused Payment at Scene: Even in 2026, they refused to accept normal payment methods at the scene, forcing my car to be towed to their yard. Provided Wrong Contact Info: The driver gave me a business card that was NOT for Vic's Towing. I spent days trying to reach them using the bad information their own driver handed me. Extortionate & Fake Fees: When I finally obtained their real phone number on Wednesday (towed Sunday), they claimed I owed thousands of dollars. The original rate quoted was $130 for the tow and $35/day for storage--meaning 4 days of storage should have totaled $270 at most. Fabricated Charges: They tacked on bogus line items that were physically impossible. They charged for "rolling up windows," "adding gas," and "disconnecting the battery" on a locked vehicle they had no keys or interior access Shady "Solution": To top it all off, the owner claimed the only way he would "help me out" was if I signed over the title of my car to him and paid him $250 in cash on top of it. Vic's Towing uses deceptive tactics, hands out wrong contact info to run up daily storage rates, fabricates charges, and tries to pressure people into surrendering their vehicle titles. Report them immediately if dispatched to you.

Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. Thankfully I haven't had to use their services in about 4 years, but I've recommended them to several friends over the years and they've gotten rave reviews.. they're well known in town as well and anyone will tell you to call them first. they're a family business and treat each and every customer like family and with the utmost respect. You never have to worry about your car being damaged if you have them tow it, they treat it like they would treat their own. All the drivers are polite and courteous. I wouldn't call anyone else!
