Outstanding company to work with. They responded quickly to a quote request. They showed up and gave me different pricing options based on cutting down an Italian pine fir tree that was dripping sap and dropping pine needles all over the patio and backyard. They said they would fit me in their schedule and showed up on time as promised. They offered to clean up any debris that might fall into the neighbor's yard. They were professional and tidy the entire job. They also did go next door and clean up the neighbor's yard as committed. They ground down the giant tree stump and all of the limbs they cut down. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to get the pine needles off of the patio roof and shed roof too. They left the yard in great shape and perfectly clean. I have never had a tree cut down or removed and I was not sure what to expect but I am quite pleased with their results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tree service company to help with their tree removal. AAAAAA++++++ read more

Yelp connected me with Big Branch Tree Service and we are beyond happy with their service. They were able to come out same day for the quote, which was more than fair. We had a palm tree removed from the side of the house, which was in somewhat narrow area. They were on time and had the whole tree, stump grinder, and area clean in less than two hours. They ensured that all the windows/sliders were protected from debris. They also paid close attention to the cleanup ensuring that the surrounding areas, including the roof and neighboring yards were clean. Will definitely contact them again. Thank you so much! read more

Extremely happy with a big Branch tree service. They came quickly when we requested a quote for the trimming and shaping of our Large overgrown Benjamina Ficus and were able to schedule service shortly after. I was so happy with the turn out as I did not want the tree to look butchered after. We asked that it still show greenery. They gave us great tips and were very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them for future trimmings. I appreciated that they were came wearing masks and were taking Covid precautions. read more

I can't say enough good things about working with Big Branch Tree Service. I spoke with Perry (really personable) at the office, who had Emily and Rosendo come over right away & provide a fair /reasonable quote. They provided the requested insurance documentation and started the job the next day. Three days later, my beloved pine tree was gone, the guys carved out many Momentos for me to remember her by, had cleaned the yard thoroughly, and planted four new trees, and three new bushes. They were really professional, amazingly hard workers, and terrifically skilled. You will be impressed by both their work ethic and the spirit of the team put together. They worked so well together and were kind and respectful. Rosendo, Kevin & Omar were good listeners and provided great feedback along the way. If you have tree work, you need done, I would look no further than Big Branch Tree Service. I could not recommend them more strongly! read more

My experience wasn't good & I never write bad reviews! The owner stated that he would deliver & stack the 1/2 cord of wood. The delivery guy drove up & backed into the neighbors yard & dumped the wood in their yard. My 97 year old mom & caregiver live together. The caregiver spent 3 hours getting the wood into her own yard. Owner said they had an emergency delivery he needed to get to! Needless to say we won't be using this company anymore! read more

I highly recommend Big Branch Tree Service! I requested quotes on Yelp to remove two towering eucalyptus trees located on a slope over our home. After seeing our neighbor's eucalyptus fall during a storm, I've always been wary of these trees. We received several estimates, and Big Branch was able to provide a very competitive rate. They are licensed and insured, and provided this information via text before we hired them. They arrived promptly, wearing masks and were very professional. They completed the job in half the time they estimated they would, and did so safely without damaging anything. My husband and I were highly pleased with their service and professionalism. Thank you Big Branch! read more

It started the moment I called Big Branch Tree and Spoke to Perry. He was able to get Rosendo to come out the next day for a quote. Rosendo and Giovanni came the next day provided us a really good quote. They came on time the following day even earlier to set up/prep what they needed to do. I highly recommend Big Branch Tree for their professionalism, honesty, the great care they took in our property and our neighbors yard. They did such an amazing job removing the eucalyptus tree and even cleaned up the back and cut up all the wood and stacked them nicely for us. I trimmed my backyard trees on Saturday and ended up with so many branches it would have taken me 4-5 pickup loads to the dump to clear my backyard. I called Big Branch Sunday, the very next day, and within 2 hours the crew showed up and processed all of my tree trimmings using their chipper. The crew was expeditious and professional. They left my yard raked and cleaned, as well as the alley where the chipper was stationed. Big Branch had the best price and the best customer service of the other 3 vendors I contacted for estimates. Just an outstanding experience! read more

The team from Big Branch Tree Service did a FANTASTIC job removing a very large and old tree in a difficult corner of my patio and removing the stump. They were friendly, super efficient, fast, and problem solved with knowledge and experience on a complicated job. The clean-up was well done too. I will miss my tree, but I chose the right company to do the job. Five stars! read more

Company was on time and removed a pepper tree from my yard. They were quick and didn't damage anything. The reason for the lower review is because they were supposed to put a herbicide on the roots so the tree wouldn't grow back ( which the pepper tree is known for). I specifically had this as part of the quote. They didn't spray with herbicide but said they would come back. After a few times of them saying they will come, they never did. They also stopped responding to my messages. Now my roots are sprouting. It's one cause of my retaining wall failing and now I have to deal with the root issue myself. read more

Just had 5 30' Queen Palm trees removed down to the stump yesterday by Big Branch. They were responsive with the initial estimate as well as scheduling service. We contacted Big Branch Tree Service for two different jobs: the removal of two Mexican fan palms and a cleaning and thinning of a 55 ft Blue Gum tree. They came out to inspect the property within two days of our contacting them and submitted reasonable quotes for both jobs. Both palms were in difficult, restricted spaces but were removed completely and the ground leveled in about four hours. The workers were very courteous and efficient; leaving the property clean and undamaged. The crew came back out for our second appointment and spent close to eight hours on the tree. Again, all of the work was completed to our satisfaction; the tree looks great! We experienced nothing but good communication and timely execution concerning this work. We would highly recommend Big Branch to anybody. Thanks, again, people! read more

I highly recommend Big Branch! I had a bunch of overgrown planters and neglected trees on my newly purchased property. Rosendo was quick to respond and and the team came to evaluate my project within a day or two. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, to move things or just tear them out completely. Rosendo is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me which trees were potentially damaging my patio and surrounding structures. We decided on a project scope, the price was very fair, the team worked hard and really did a fantastic job. I will call them again! read more

Trimmed our tree and removed a few others with a minimum of fuss at a good price. Arrived on time, with face coverings, and took care of everything in a day just like they said they would. We have a big California Pepper tree that was overhanging the neighbor's yards. The guys trimmed it back and cleaned up all the dropped branches. We also had them remove a Mexican Palm and three 20' tall yuccas. Stumps were ground down below grade and you can't tell they were ever there. The yard was cleaned up afterwards and everything removed from the property. Would use Big Branch again. read more

I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Big Branch tree service. I recommend them without hesitation. The quote they gave was very reasonable for the work involved in trimming down 50% and shaping 2 large chinese elm trees. Big Branch Tree Service left a card at my door right when I really needed work done on my palm trees. They came by to see my trees and give me a very competitive and fair estimate, gave me very professional advice and completed my job within only a few days of my initial call.
