This came as a recommendation from a handful of otter local restaurant folks. It's just at the end (or beginning) of one of the long shopping promenades. It is a lot sleeker inside than I expected but the vibe is still casual.
I seemed to be there with sone of the owners while they were having a bit of a party. There were a couple of servers and the place was only 1/5 full.
They do some bistro fare but with a decent amount of refinement. I did the duck hearts roasted in a pan which were lights out delicious. I'd go here just fire that dish. The main was lamb stewed for a day and served with the liquid, white beans and sone mirepoix it looks like. They take the shredded stewed meat, form it into a patty then dear it on the flattop for give sone interesting texture contrasts. Also quite good though it personally maybe needs a little more salt. But I love salt so this is a personal seasoning choice. To finish a pistachio cake topped with citrus juices, wedges and ice cream . Also excellent. The server had recommended a local red Bordeaux which was a solid match to the foods. Doesn't seem like many people were talking about it but I'd kill for a place like this back home 4.5 stars read more
