I read some of the comments about rude employees/owners, and I agree, though I was lucky such occurrences only happened to me once or twice over the many years I've frequented this establishment. One thing I thought was rude was how one of the Asian women told me not to bring my own large shopping bag; I understand there is a theft problem nowadays, but it was how she approached the issue that was not the greatest. She should have said to me in a more polite way that sorry, but we don't want large personal shopping bags used in this store. No offense, but sometimes foreigners don't know how to use subtle language to get a point across, and they resort to speaking harshly, or in this circumstance, she just was a bit abrupt and used hand signals about my bag- almost peering into it, while saying I can't use large shopping bags. Recently I recall I did use a large personal shopping bag, but the personnel didn't seem to care. So yeah, sometimes it depends on who is there, etc. On a more positive note, as much as this place seems to have not a lot going for it except a lot of merchandise, many times I have found things that are useful for me and others that I didn't expect. This is one of the more enjoyable things about cruising the aisles of these discount stores. I have found pajama bottoms that were exactly what I needed; have found underwear, sandals, make up, discount priced hot sauce, and other items out of the blue that have worked out well for me. If your the type that has experience with these foreign run discount stores and can find things you need, this might a good place for you.

I frequent this location and they are always polite and kind and apologize when there is a line and always express gratitude for the patience. And I get it, so that's no problem. I got time. Unless I don't. This customer ahead of us 8 people deep was CUTTING UP because the cashier couldn't give him his proper change. I'm talking $.02, y'all. Dude was making a SCENE. It got to the point where a manager got involved (I'm so serious) and he too tried to explain the federal government discontinuing pennies. Customer wasn't having it. AT ALL. So the manager comes through as backup and I felt compelled to tell him that the other cashier (I was allowed to jump to his line as I only had water to buy) and defend him. It is not anyone's fault the govt did this and if he's that pressed about $.02 he can shove it where the sun don't shine and be mad until he croaks. Anyway, the manager thanked me for that and so did the cashier I defended. So I think the employees will know I got their backs.

This store is indeed much much much cheaper than Ross and Marshall's and shopping here can be worth it, if you know how. For example, I saw this super cute jacket today, but there was GLITTER GLUE on it. Another thing I saw was a Reebok sweater with ink all over it because someone messed with the temper ink security clip on it. I also saw clothing with holes in it too (unintentional damage). However, there are some tips so you can get the best clothes at the best deals. 1) Check the clearance section. I have found so many cute clothing that I like at the clearance section. 2) Use your best judgment. This store sells overstock from different brands from Rue 21 to Charlotte Russe and Target. If you recognize the brand names from those stores and you see it on the label, then you're getting a pretty awesome deal. In addition, some clothing here can be very tacky and are made with cheap fabrics, so just use your best judgment to find cheap priced clothes with good, long-lasting quality. 3) CHECK EVERY RACK Even if it is not your size, just check because different clothing are stranded everywhere. You'll find something surprising at the weirdest places. This review is long overdue because I have been shopping here since the store location has opened and I never had a problem returning and finding good deals here.
