The seafood is fresh and cooked on site and the sides are all homemade to perfection. I ordered the fried (you can get anything grilled as well) Catfish with gator platter to go with three sides: Mac and cheese, coleslaw and potato salad. The catfish was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside, and was fully deboned. It was also not oily at all which is surprisingly pleasant with a fried item.
