We rented the "lakeview manor" (luxury cabin) conveniently located right behind oakside restaurant. Walking distance to the village was only 3-5 minutes! When booking with Lakefront Cabins they offer a 20% discount on boat rentals through pleasure point marina. We took advantage of this great value. Lakeview Manor cabin comes with an AC/DC pin ball machine, when I went to play it, one of the flippers wasn't working so I sent a service request out to Lake front cabins and they immediately sent a technician. Within an hour it was fixed. Very much appreciated! The cabin is equipped with oversized TV's, state of the art fireplaces, and modern style finishes throughout. It's a must stay if you're planning on visiting big bear.

The home is in a nice area of Big Bear Lake and looked beautiful in the listing photos. Unfortunately, our experience was very different, particularly regarding cleanliness and comfort. We found ants around the kitchen sink, on the counter, inside board games, on the floor, and even a dead ant in the refrigerator. We also found live spiders in the bathroom and dead flies on the floor and stairs. The master bathroom shower curtain had visible mold spots. The home was also uncomfortably warm during our summer stay, making it difficult to sleep. The downstairs game room AC worked well, but the upstairs remained very warm despite setting the thermostat to 73F. There were stains on the living room sofa and scuff marks and dirt on the walls and doors. Due to the overall cleanliness concerns, we chose not to use the hot tub. Overall, the location was nice, but the cleanliness issues, insects, mold, and inadequate cooling significantly impacted our stay.

The location is perfect!!! In the middle of the Village and Snow Summit, but secluded enough to feel the serenity of a vacation. The cabin itself was spotless and beautiful, and there are TWO hot tubs!! Plus, we didn't need to trek out to the Snow Play area because the backyard had a small hill we could sled down...we even saw others sledding down the street that the cabin is located on! Seriously couldn't have found a better place...it was meant to be:). Thanks to Grampa Mike, my boyfriend and I had the best intro to Big Bear...we hadn't vacationed in awhile, and this was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few days. I'm so glad I went with them instead of self-managing. Their super host status and many great reviews on Airbnb really raised the profile of my new listing. I'm completely blown away with how good they are at their job. Professional & organized & really great at handling the guests. I'm very detail oriented and so are they. They always make sure everything is repaired, and running smoothly. So good with communication. I went through extensive research to find a good management company for my beloved home that I spent 2 years meticulously remodeling. I have several friends in the area with vacation rentals who have tried bigger management companies and it's been a nightmare. Another friend self-manages and she's had 1/2 the amount of bookings as my property, and it's so much work for her. I'm an interior designer, and I really appreciate how thoughtful they are about the aesthetic of each of the cabins in their collection. Very tasteful! They had so many helpful recommendations to get my home rental ready, and were attentive and available from the start.

We contacted the management multiple times, yet nothing was done to properly address the situation. The worst part?
