Context: In 2022 I bought a trailer in Florida before deploying to Syria as a US Defense Contractor. This trailer contained my entire life's possessions, including my wife's precious heirlooms. Injury: I was injured in a drone attack and subsequently returned home. Upon returning home I discovered that my trailer had been reported as "stolen" and impounded by Rogers Towing. Issue: The Oregon State Police (OSP) informed us that recovering our belongings is not their concern and that we must deal directly with Rogers Towing. Experience with Rogers Towing: Communication: Staff members are polite, but each interaction yields a different story or excuse about the status of the trailer. Resolution: It's imperative for Rogers Towing to do the right thing by releasing our personal property. Action: Until my belongings are released, I intend to maintain this 1-star review on all platforms and urge Rogers Towing to contact me for resolution. Request: If Rogers Towing resolves this issue, I would gladly upgrade this review to 5 stars. Please, Rogers Towing, contact me to arrange the retrieval of our property.

They "do not work on cars older than 2005". This is frankly stupid. It's completely arbitrary as the technology on say, a 2003 cayenne turbo is the same as a 2006 cayenne turbo. This is the case for nearly every generation of German car from that era. Also, many German car enthusiasts have a mix of older and newer cars. Guess you don't need the business! 2. They do "not do modifications". So, a blanket statement indicating no ability to think outside the box or leverage widely known and adopted techniques outside of the service manual. Again, dumb. I realize these are their choices and that's fine, but I also know that a ton of enthusiasts like myself won't want to waste their time on a shop that simply wants to make money on people who really aren't THAT into their cars.

But this guy Mike and his partner…read more"Nettie" (not sure if that's the correct nam) are unresponsive after weeks of poor communication. my father hired them to a carrier bearing and look at his u joints on his pickup, which is his main means of earning an income, and they took his drive lines and never returned them. He has asked for them back with text and calls MANY times over the course of the last couple weeks, and they do not even answer calls or reply to texts with anything other than false promises that he will return the call later. At this point my father has been forced to spend thousands of dollars on new drive lines, and lost over a month of income from doing business as a contractor. I want to warn anyone considering us this company, please find someone ethical. If Mike calls my father and makes restitution (return the drive lines, and pay for some of his loss of time) I will update this review.
