The head guy at the service counter told me it was what ford said to do. I looked that up on the ford's website. It clearly states that it is a temporary fix. I did not ask for a temporary fix. They are refusing to fix it the the proper way. How I asked for it to be fixed. They simply state that is ford's recommended fix. Funny I did not know that ford owned my f150. I spoke with the owner, Juan, over Yelp & he was very responsive and flexible with booking a time. He was respectful of my budget while still doing the maximum cleaning job they could. Not only did they clean the outside, including some restoration on the headlights, but he added in stain removals on my front two passenger seats for no extra charge. My car is literally spotless. I didn't expect it to be this clean, I didn't need it to be this clean, and I don't know if I've ever seen it this clean. JP Auto also buys/sells cars and does repairs. Prices are really fair and Juan is a very kind and humble guy. I'm happy to have found them!
