I went with them because of their meticulous estimate for our projects and the comfort level I felt with the people who came to our condo to meet me and discuss the project. RPC did excellent work on time and on budget. I was comfortable leaving for the day and coming home to a spotless place, even with the job in mid-project. Everything the estimate included was done. The company provides an app that itemizes every aspect and cost of each part of the project. We decided to go in a completely different direction with the new shower after the job had started. Our project manager, Mike, thought it was a great idea, changed the estimate on the app, and we moved forward. Do you think it is a bit harsh leaving a one star review because a business failed to return a call? I don't. If a person, or Enterprise if you will, is actively seeking customers and they publish business hours and a telephone number for contact it is their responsibility to reply to inquiries in a timely manner, if only to say they are too busy to accept new jobs. Given this criteria Mike Marengo Jr. Enterprises failed their very first test, therefore the single star rating.

If you weren't interested in the job, that's fine, but don't string a potent customer around. Every time that I call, it's oh yeah we will get that to you.
