All that tells me is they're now out of work and desperate enough to go through 5 month old requests for quotes ... but too ignorant not to use 'not interested' as part of their reason. We gave them the green light and they started the job - long story short the wall that they built will probably be here long after I am gone? They were all about the business and very pleasant to have around.
