They were super efficient and fast. One thing I wish they did for me was clean up the soils/dirt a bit better. Some pieces of soils got stuck very bad to my turf and it was hard to get rid of it. Other than that, everything was great! A month or two later I had to call them to check out the fence because the gap was widening on my board to board and they came out very quick to fix the problem! I messaged this company through their website, but never heard back so I called them, Luis answered, and he was in my area, and stopped by within 15 minutes. I liked him, we chatted, I showed him my fence and he gave me two verbal numbers depending on much of the fence we decided to rebuild. He then said he's send me over the actual quote with a couple of pictures of options, so I could discuss with my neighbors. And then... nothing. I never got the quote or pictures. I send numerous text messages asking nicely for it. I called and left him a voicemail. I sent two emails through the website. Someone on Facebook who claims to know him well even supposedly messaged him on my behalf. Still zero reply. This person needs to go and take a simple course in client management. Why bother coming to my house, wasting my time if you 1) seemingly don't want to do the job and 2) can't even manage the decently a reply. I even point blank asked, if you don't want to do the job, at least just TELL me so I know. Zero reply to any attempts to make contact. I was going to hire them to do the job. All it would have taken was a REPLY to any of my attempts to contact them again. Maybe your luck will vary, but 1 star for this utter waste of time.

They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights.
