couples bowling!
Zachary F.

The food at the bowling was just okay and the bowling itself was a little expensive. They only did military discount on one person instead of the party, like some other places. But that's okay. We had lots of fun bowling. The main attraction for us is the arcade and the shuffleboard and pool especially. We loved playing shuffleboard!

Grandkids love the summer pass program which allows for 5 arcade games and or 2 games of bowling M-F. Big Al's has bars, food, bowling and arcade games. It is a family funhouse. Staff seem to be good and the facility is kept real clean.

This place ought to be called Fat Al's because this guys pockets have got to be stuffed. This was the most overpriced entertainment experience of my life. We used to go to Gameworks, and now on occasion we go to Dave & Busters. Both in my opinion are more affordable and both had far more entertainment. Now Al's does have bowling which the other two do not, but the video game selection here was terrible, the quality of game is below console and the price per game was between $2-$7 100% overpriced. We didn't eat or drink so I can't comment on that. I never at at Gameworks and the food and D&B is not tasty, so if Al is serving up a tasty plate, that would be a feather in his cap. That said, you couldn't convince t return. You need to take out a personal loan in order to spend more than an hour here.

Happy hour food

A good place to spend some time with family and friends. They have good happy hour pricing on food and bowling. The wings and spinach artichoke dip are a good value during happy hour.

At the entrance there is a bowling alley, to the right after entering is a restaurant/bar with 3 very large tv's. It would be a great place to watch any sports. The servers were very friendly and helpful! The food is between mid and good, I would say. The bowling is great and the arcades are fun for the kids. Had a great experience over all!

I was invited to a VIP event at Big Al's. Tiffany hosted this event and it was a huge success. We enjoyed sampling some of their new additions to the menu and even enjoyed playing at the arcade. The drawing for prizes was fun too! The potato skins, corn ribs and steak bites were really yummy. The mac and cheese had a nice kick to it. These new enhancements to the menu will be nice. Great job Big Als. It was a great event.

Drinks are affordable and even though they are measured, it doesn't take many drinks before you're having a good night. I usually go on Karaoke nights so there is always music going. It's really fun and they usually have more than one thing going on so everyone can have a little fun. They keep the bar, bathrooms, tables, and floors very clean. While I'm there I usually watch the bartenders clean the bar at least 6 times within a few hours (maybe not exactly 6 but they clean a lot!) This place is not the place for you if you are shy, or feel uncomfortable around large groups of people who are very outgoing and ready to mingle. This is not the bar for you if you expect to be waited on hand and foot every two seconds. However, if you want to have a fun time with some fun people then this is the bar for you. Also, ladies, Wednesday nights they have karaoke and cheap drinks for the ladies in the bar. $20 of drinks will definitely have you feeling yourself.

Odd for this size of a bar. Often times the bartender says last call around 12:30-1am or when we drive up they've already closed super early. Not sure how this place is still in business. This used to be our go to but it's gone downhill over the last couple years.

The restaurant is on a corner, and there were large picnic tables outside, where we ate. Inside is a spacious taphouse with an extensive number of taps, and plenty of seating. My husband ordered inside, and service was good eventhough we were sitting outside. When our beverages arrived, we asked for a bowl of water for our dog and a clean doggy bowl was brought out for her with a smile. I ordered the classic burger with cheddar. Let me tell you, this is no plain burger. Its a 2 patty smash burger with bacon, blue cheese crumbles, greens, tomato, caramelized onions and their house sauce. It was accompanied by crispy and tasty fries. I was only able to eat about half, despite how delicious it was. My partner ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap with fries. He said it was tasty, but the chicken itself was dry. He also took half home. The staff were very friendly and responsive. As we were leaving, someone brought our do a treat, which was a nice touch. We noticed that a great number of locals met there for lunch. I would recommend this place to anyone, with or without their canine family members. It also looks like a good date spot. I would come here again.

I started with a tall double Captain and Diet Coke. It was a heavy pour. Two thumbs up. Great way to begin the evening right. I can see this place packed on a game day. There are standing bar areas in between the actual bar and booths around the perimeter. For my dinner, I ordered some appetizers as I wasn't very hungry - Sliders and chicken tenders with an upgrade to garlic parmesan fries. Slider buns were crispy from the griddle. Little Hawaiian buns. The burger sauce kind of tasted like thousand island. Wasn't my favorite but I am not a big fan of anything other than ranch or ketchup. The chicken tenders were a tad dry but I dipped them in sauce and they were fine. Five came to an order. All of the sauces were all good. My Waiter was Brian who was also the bartender. He checked in on me a couple of times. He poured one heck of a strong drink. I was happy as a clam. This is my kind of place. Enjoyed it so much and the convenience of the location that I returned the following evening and ordered the same thing. I was helped by Christie. She was just as professional, attentive and cordial as Brian. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

A solid 4. Man alive is it EXPENSIVE to bowl now a days. Oh lord - do I sound OLD AF saying that!!!…read moreHa! My daughter and I went to bowl as part of celebrating her birthday. She and I chose King Pins. Well I technically chose them as the bowling was the least expensive in the area. And for us two, for 90 minutes, it was almost $70. Yes. That's EXPENSIVE. So we made the most of it and had a great time. We played with all the options in the bowling area for games and were silly and had fun. And clearly didn't bowl well lol But despite the price - fun was had. Service is okay at best over by the "Tap house," but at least the option exists to have "table service," while you bowl. It was a last minute ask (thank you, dear child *eye roll*) that I was able to book at a preferred time in under a week, and the kids had fun, which is what mattered most! From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. For 7 total kids, I think they played 3-4 games of bowling, we did 2 laser tag games & their arcade time, didn't have to set up, break down or clean up party supplies/food, etc -- id do it again in a heartbeat!
