So that alone would get them rated very high. Add on all the other great things that they have to offer in the shop is another great bonus! Then you get to the customer service and it pushes the quality of the shop way above greatness! You'll always get a friendly face to greet you, rain or shine. They are knowledgeable of their products and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. And the prices out do any other shop I've been into. I'd been trying to get another large chain pharmacy to take my insurance, because they are in the network. They told me I was not eligible for Tri care as the secondary. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with my Humana rep. We went through everything. Tri care said I was eligible, of course. My Humana lady called the pharmacy with me on the line. She was going to tell them how to submit to Express Script (tricare) but the chain pharmacy would not talk to her. She wanted me to come down to the store. So I did. The line was long. An employee told me I was last in line before lunch. Ok. He said they would take me. When I got the the pharmacy person, he said there was no one to help me as everyone was at lunch. It was 1:40. I asked what the lunch hours were and he said there were signs all over the store! Rude. So I will go to CVS. We had to change pharmacies from Sams because they are no longer taking our insurance. Thank you, CVS.

While waiting for my daughter's doctor appointment to approach, we popped in on April 8, 2026. The sweetest old lady was working the dresser room that day. She was very kind to my daughter. The cashier was a bit indifferent, not particularly friendly, and my, were they very slow checking folks out that day. This store was not too busy, but certainly was messy at around 10:30 am. I was shocked. Exiting the lot to turn back south could have been more of a chore if Main Street had been busier because a u-turn was necessary.
