This place has dang near everything under the sun. That's what I call a successful shopping trip. The staff? Super friendly, and actually wanted to help. None of that "pretend to care" customer service -- you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. Store was neat, employees were neat, and the whole vibe just felt... right. Wish we had more places like this because stores with this kind of service are getting few and far between. If you're anywhere near here, stop in. I asked for several boots in my size and they kept telling me that they didn't have anything under a size 12. I found several on the shelf in my size, and finally a young fellow came over and said he could look in the back. He found me the matching boot for two pair, which I purchased. The price was about $100 more than I would have expected for the quality, but I know times for tough, and paid anyways to support this small business. The boots have served me well so far. If you have the time, money and the patience, you'll enjoy shopping at Rugged Trade. If you need to get something quick and you don't mind waiting overnight, Amazon will give you a better price.
