After 1 day with having met with a corporate representative, a vague excuse ended my time there. Their way of delivering exiting payroll was a bit questionable and run poorly For the first time in over 30 years, I felt like I was being treated like a, pardon the expression, fag again. While trying to confirm if it was a legit store and website, I found some audio clips from a local radio show interviewing the owner of the store. I contacted the store via email from their website and response was immediate, even on New Year's Eve. She went as far as confirming that she had my size and putting them on hold until I could get to a computer to purchase them via the website. Shipping was immediate, came with a hand-written "thank you" card, and was packaged so that even the original shoe box was coddled and undamaged. Returns are accepted within 15 days for a full refund. The online store seems to have a wide range of products, from inexpensive casual fashions to higher-end name brands. And I finally have the boots that are sold out everywhere. Sweet.
