While trying to confirm if it was a legit store and website, I found some audio clips from a local radio show interviewing the owner of the store. I contacted the store via email from their website and response was immediate, even on New Year's Eve. She went as far as confirming that she had my size and putting them on hold until I could get to a computer to purchase them via the website. Shipping was immediate, came with a hand-written "thank you" card, and was packaged so that even the original shoe box was coddled and undamaged. Returns are accepted within 15 days for a full refund. The online store seems to have a wide range of products, from inexpensive casual fashions to higher-end name brands. And I finally have the boots that are sold out everywhere. Sweet.

While shopping with my friends the owner who happens to be the sweetest lady heard me say my last name was Roberts and my grandads initials were J Roberts. She not only took the time to chat with me and my friends but offered to give me any shirt or jacket in the store that said "J Roberts" on it.
