I wasted time and gasoline, as they only had the sample pillow and only one for sale. The item was supposed to be "buy one, get one for half price. This bait and switch routine happens repeatedly at Kohl's. I was told to call the customer service number on my Kohl's card. Just try to reach help at that automated system. I finally got through to a live person whose accent was so strong I could barely understand him. He told me he would transfer my call to a supervisor, and then the call was disconnected. Don't waste your time or money with this clown show. I'll be grinning from ear to ear when I read that Kohl's has gone bankrupt. They deserve it!

No did you find everything you needed or any other acknowledgment. She then told the gentleman help me at register two. While shopping with my friends the owner who happens to be the sweetest lady heard me say my last name was Roberts and my grandads initials were J Roberts. She not only took the time to chat with me and my friends but offered to give me any shirt or jacket in the store that said "J Roberts" on it.
