I can't not like Target no matter how much I want to. The women's and girl's clothing section was lame here, though. Same with the shoes. Their quality seems to be getting worse. The restrooms could use an updating and scheduled cleaning. The employees were a mix of too busy to assist and some who were exceptionally friendly. We saw only one register open with a clerk and the rest was self-checkout. This Target it located on the north side of Roswell, NM in somewhat close proximity to the mall. The manager, Jordan, and the Starbucks staff at this location were extremely rude, unprofessional, and even discriminatory. Jordan approached me without asking what happened, while the employees were having inappropriate conversations in front of customers. This kind of behavior makes it clear why some people continue to boycott Target. The staff misjudged me as a customer and showed no professionalism or respect, making this one of the worst experiences I've had at a retail location. read more

I love target, who doesn't. Be warned though, at this particular location, there is usually only one checkout line with a clerk as you're expected to go through self-checkout... But the staff will stand 6 inches behind you and stare intensely at you through the front-facing camera. It's terrible for an anxious introvert, I hate going here alone and for more than a few things for that reason alone. read more

A little smaller compared to most Targets I've been to, but VERY organized, clean, and well kept. Employees are very personable and friendly. I was having trouble using my Cartwheel app in the clothing section, and an employee walking thru happily helped me use the scanning feature. Also upon checking out I had forgotten a lighter for fireworks, and the checker paged another worker to grab me one instead of me having to go get it myself, and come back in line. read more

All Targets seem to be set up the same way. No matter where you go. Its all about the employees that make or break your trip to Target. The Roswell Target has always been very clean and had great customer service. The checkers are quick so I've never had to wait in a line for very long, those working the floor are always willing to help you find what you need. For some reason when I come to Roswell I spend more time in Target than I do any other time of the year. It might be because its maybe 5 minutes away or it could be because this is one of the nicest Targets I've been too. read more

Ahhh...I have mixed emotions about this Target. You know how all Starbucks are the same? Well..not all Targets are the same. It's clean and it gets the job done but it's not the Target I'm used to. It's smaller than most and there's no Starbucks. I don't want to live in a world in which I can't drink Starbucks and shop at the same time. read more

worst target ever I live 6 hours away in Farmington, NM and I always love going to target for everything so I was visiting for an appointment and I went in real quick to get a snack and a Chapstick and so I got both no problem cause I mean it's the smallest target in America then when I went to the register there was a mean rude snotty lady working and she called me a preppy bitch and that I should go back to the city where I belong and so I went to look for her supervisor and I couldn't find anyone so after a hour of people looking at me I decided to leave and never go back. read more

About a year ago we bought a Soda Stream system from Target. We were able to get the CO2 canisters refilled at the front Service Desk. Now since November 2015 Target is always out and the people working the service desk are unable to tell you when and if the store has discontinued the exchange program or not. When ask to contact someone who might know the answer, the person contacted knows nothing also. I now have to go to Lubbock target for a refill container. Since we live in Artesia, it is much better to have Roswell service the canisters. What's going on with this Target. Either continue or stop the service, but let us know one way or the other.
