Thick, rich, full of flavour and bursting with spice and heat; it was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. Yes, it burned the roof off my mouth but who cares; it was incredible. It was clearly made from scratch using fresh ingredients and the care and attention to it was well noted. I ordered the carne asada tacos and they were incredibly delicious as well: hot, perfectly seasoned and my only complaint is that I should have ordered more of them! Hot diggity dog! There was a tray of wonderful dipping sauces presented with the tacos as well; I don't recall the different types but they were all tasty and delectable.
