If I can't get to my delivery I can get fired. The car that pulled up behind him moved so I could back out and get out. As soon as I did this driver put his car in reverse to block me in again. I had to honk at him to make sure he wasn't going to hit me since he came within an inch of my car. He proceeded to flip me off and call me nasty names. I called the company to complain and they refused to connect me to a manager. They called me names on the phone, said I was a lying bitch, and then hung up on me. I had to call the police and as soon as the police showed up he sped off. Bad Drivers who swerve everywhere! Bad service! Bad attitudes! He makes her feel uncomfortable which is unwelcome and not appreciated. IDK if a manager or owner will actually read this, I'm guessing they won't. But what they need to know is that they have a potential sexual harassment lawsuit coming their way if their drivers can't reign it in and figuratively speaking keep it in their pants. My best suggestion is to ask for a female driver. Not saying women are not capable of the same thing, but to date, the female drivers have all been courteous and friendly. In closing, call Chico Yellow Cab as a last resort and if you identify as female....might wanna ask them to send a lady driver.

You get a confirmation email that's pointless. Like this morning. I put in a request like 2hrs beforehand.
