Unfortunately, he did not fulfill what we agreed on. I paid over $12,000, and the work was left incomplete. The units were not rent-ready, debris and trash were left throughout the property, and key items we discussed were never finished. The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend hiring someone else if you are considering renovating a property. This contractor was unreliable, unresponsive, and did not deliver the agreed-upon work.

It took 5 days (actual days they showed up - never worked more than 2.5 - 3.5 hours on the days they did actually show up) to do 11 windows -- there were 4 additional days scheduled - that he never showed up at all. One day that he did show up and said he will reschedule -- but told the office I wanted to reschedule. Job was sloppy -- even the person that came out to review the job said the "caulk was wonky". Job started in early December and it is now March and still not complete. Called Ed Keyse - sales man and general manager only knows to blame you and insult you the entire time you are just trying to get it resolved. They boasted how they make their own windows and they are energy efficient. But when applying for the tax credit for energy efficient windows -- they are required to provide you with qualified manufacturer ID Code --- looked up the company on the IRS website -- and apparently they are not registered as a qualified manufacture. I spent nearly $10K to do 11 windows... very shotty -- do not stand behind their products and are totally unprofessional and blame the consumer. My mistake for not checking websites like this and the BBB first. This is a horrible company -- will never make that mistake again. I would have given 0 stars - but it requires us to provide at least 1. Horrible Horrible company.
