I could have done them all in the 15 minutes but I told him I would go in and get my bottles and leave. Basically, he told me not to bother and that customer service was the last thing on their mind. I've been patronizing this redemption center every two weeks for the three years we've lived in Old Orchard Beach and I will not go back... ever.
