So I took the risk, filled up my car with bottles on this very hot day, and drove across town. No open windows. No lights. No sign. And now I've got a car full of cans and bottles. Thanks SPRC! It would be SO UNBELIEVABLY EASY for them to update their voicemail, AND put a note on the window. Maybe today it was the heat. I imagine they don't have a/c in there, and it would be an awful place to work in when its 90 degrees. I get it, BUT HAVE THE DECENCY AND COURTESY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO COMMUNICATE TO THEM! It has happened enough times that it is obvious leadership just doesn't care. Now, neither do I.

I didn't know if it could be moved. John got his backhoe through some tight spots around the house and grabbed the cab and pulled it out. He maneuvered back around the house and got the cab in the dump truck. He then picked up a heavy old engine and 25 tires. They also went back and picked up scraps of metal and the bumper/scraps and raked up all the glass. John and his helper were so friendly and professional and had a can-do attitude. They were so nice and had a great sense of humor and were great to deal with. They did everything for a very reasonable price and very quickly. I would recommend this company 1000 times over.
