Cannot recommend Hilltop Bicycle Center highly enough…read more I am a casual rider with a sporting-goods-store-quality bike that I started riding more seriously last year. I was having trouble with my gears so I began researching bike shops. Not being a serious rider, I had two concerns: 1) being sold services/repairs I did not need and 2) "bike snobs" because I do not have a fancy bike. After reading reviews and comparing prices, I chose Hilltop Bicycle Center and wow...what a great experience! Josh was working on a bike out front of the shop when I drove up. He went into the shop when he saw me, greeted me and asked how he could help when I walked in. I told him about my bike and the problems I was having. He had me bring my bike in, listened to my issues, looked at my bike and made a few different price-level recommendations. In my head, I chose what I wanted to get done based on the options I was presented, but I asked Josh what he thought I needed just to see if he would try to up-sell me. His suggestion was right in line with what I thought I needed without trying to sell me the other services I really do not need right now. They did a mini-tune up on my bike, replaced the chain (Josh showed me how to tell it was worn and needed to be replaced) and I purchased hand grips which they installed. They did great work at a VERY fair price. Everybody at the shop was friendly, they answered my simple questions without making me feel stupid and, just like Josh promised, my bike feels brand new after they finished with it. Hilltop Bicycle obviously knows how to take care of serious bikers and offers a lot of services for them, but I found them to be extremely fair and friendly to a casual biker such as myself as well. I will return here for any of my biking needs and if I get "more serious" and ever look to upgrade my bike, I will be shopping here.

A) The business is successful B) That if it is still in operation, that it won't shut down soon C) How this business has a 4.8 review on Google If indeed the business has shutdown, don't know why he hasn't made that clear on his voicemail message, on the front door of the business, and on his website.

Even offering a discount on a previous year model bicycle... price was so good I could hardly say no to purchasing the bike, so I did! I found the sales technician James to be extremely passionate about bicycles not the typical trying to get the sale spiel if you know what I mean. I also found him to be very knowledgeable, kind and truly interested in my budget and purchase requirements. He went above and beyond allowing me to sample at least five bicycles and was always waiting at the door for my return. I have purchased over 12 bicycles in my lifetime from triathlon bikes, downhill bikes cruiser bikes not to mention lots of accessories. Doing business @/with B&B has been by far, my best experience at a bicycle store. Thank you B&B bicycles for such a great experience, especially since we were new to the state of Texas just moving here 1 month ago. PS. I enjoyed my experience so much I brought my wife's bike there the following day for service and to my surprise the mechanic Zack was able to get it in right away and we were out of there in 30 minutes. Zack KNOWS his stuff and had a humble spirit about him. He is extremely talented and was able to tune the bike up along with replacing cables and even installed the battery for us on the odometer speed monitor.... All in less than a half-hour! It's not in the main shopping areas so it's a bit out of the way, but they carry specialty items and name brands that the sporting goods stores don't carry. However, I wouldn't necessarily classify it as sporting goods, they don't sale the same stuff you get at Academy to Dick's Sports, they sale outdoor mountainy type of items... climbing, hiking, kayaking, bouldering, trail walking, camping ... that type of stuff, both materials and the clothes. It is really nice inside. It doesn't look anything inside like the older exterior shows. The staff and I believe the owner are super nice. I came in today because they carry Kuhl brand clothing, I was surprised that they had more styles then REI did, and they had longer lengths. Walked out with some, very happy.

They cut all my gas lines, that were replaced the year before, and hit me with a fat bill of new gas lines and the new carburetor and manifold. I never asked or gave permission for them to actually install these new parts. These ignoramuses ripped me off and Lied. It's a disgrace they are allowed to continue working in Arlington. These guys are crooks in the worst way because they hide behind a family friendly cover but in reality do not care nor want to help their customers. After five months of hell I finally picked up my four wheeler after a call saying it was ready. Took it to my house and I pulled the new starter....only pulled it once and the new starter I ORIGINALLY went in for broke!!!!... haha I couldn't believe it the one thing I went in for was completely broke worst than when I went in! I'm not sure any of these guys are actually real mechanics. I examined my four wheeler a little more only to find there were bolts loose/missing and new wires just hanging on the handle bar. Lol this will be the last time I ever visit Two Wheel World. What once might of been a respectable business is now just joke, a rat pit, a grease pit!!
