I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action. Sparkling Clean moved our furniture off of the rugs for us, rolled up the rugs, and loaded them into their van. The estimated return of our rugs was 2 weeks.
