Sparkling Clean moved our furniture off of the rugs for us, rolled up the rugs, and loaded them into their van. The estimated return of our rugs was 2 weeks. They called one week later to let us know our rugs were done and set up a date and time to return them. They were returned at the time we scheduled 2 days later, fresh and clean as new! The crew rolled out the carpets and placed them back in place. Then they returned the furniture where we wanted it. Amazing service experience! Very fair price!

I requested a Spring Cleaning including wiping down walls and baseboards, clean windows, clean…read moreceiling fans and a house clean which included dust everything, sweep, mop. I had Kristina who rushed through everything. My house is large with many windows. I can't get through my whole house in a whole day, let alone add windows, walls and ceiling fans. She said she was done in 3 hrs. There were rooms she didn't touch, walls that weren't cleaned, dusting not done, ceiling fans not cleaned. I have new wood flooring that I expressed concern for when I got the estimate and she soaked them so bad with water, it took the whole day to dry. I had to put a fan on the floor in my laundryroom to dry those floors. I contacted the agency and expressed my dissatisfaction and said I'd like to have my house redone or money back. They gave me one date and time and said she'd come to finish. That time/date wasn't acceptable to me. They said, you declined her coming back. Best we can do is return half the money since she spent time here and used their products. Very upset with this company. Definitely not worth the money. I have pictures of some of the areas she left dirty. I have 5 animals. It's going to be pretty hard to miss the hair and dirt.

We had to put sheets down throughout in an attempt to keep our feet (and the dogs) dry enough to walk into rooms with linoleum & hardwood so we wouldn't slip & fall. I had to purchase fans from Walmart and had those going along with my ceiling fans for days. I have no idea what damage has been done to the padding underneath. 6 days later, the foyer was still yet! I contacted the owner and he said it was normal for the carpet to be wet like that and he would bring out air movers to help dry, but what I know about them is how big & loud they are, and how much electricity they use. I already had my fans going long enough as it was. After days of wet carpets, I talked (via text) to the owner & told him how unhappy I was and thought we should get some kind of refund (he did offer "a little" on the electric bill). I've never heard back from him and he blamed our dogs for the marks left on wall & closet doors. Horrible experience. UPDATE: I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. I do appreciate that.
