Super cute sweet pastry shop. Came in for the cream puffs we saw online and left with a mango sticky rice and black sesame version. We also couldn't refuse the adorable raspberry lychee tart. As a huge sesame fan, the black sesame was very subtle but also a little confusing as to the taste vibe they were going for. The raspberry lychee tart had the softest macarons on top and the flavor was subtle but sweet. The star was definitely the mango sticky rice version!! That was an explosion of everything that is right in the world!! Just do it!! Definitely worth a stop on your nyc adventures.

It has been a long time since I indulge in cream puffs. Cream puff reminisce of a past visit to Paris, France where the travel experience was idyllic times as well as the French pastries were a delightful joy. Cream puff, a French choux pastry also known as profiterole. Customer service is attentively standard average. This Bibble and Sip Chinatown, Lower Manhattan, NYC location is recently open as I have long patronized their West 51st Street, Theater District, Midtown West location. That location is slightly larger and contains minimal seating including a bathroom. The pastry selection is significantly larger with more options. I still prefer the Midtown West location. There is one large Japanese beckoning cat, maneki-neko 招き猫, by the cash wrap register. This beckoning cat is adorable! The selection in the pastry glass encasement in this Chinatown, Lower Manhattan, NYC location is significantly smaller and less choices. I was hoping for vanilla filling or strawberry classic cream puffs but to no avail. Earl Grey Cream Puff, $5.00 The Earl Grey filling was overflowing and light. It taste good. The pastry was very enjoyable as it was not hard, but fresh and flaky covered in power sugar. Earl Grey flavor is surely not my cup of tea. Aaugh!! I really wanted classic flavor as vanilla or strawberry, but none. I have buyer's remorse as I should have selected Matcha green tea cream puff. Raspberry Lychee Tart, $10.25 This tart contains two mini macarons cookies which the filling was excessively dried and not taste. The tart shell completely broken and fallen apart when holding it for the first bite. The tart shell is very soft and not hard. It is filled with rich pastry cream or almond cream (frangipane) and topped with fresh raspberries. It appeared very cute. The lychee tasted and fend the appearance of a red onion which I dislike. This tart led to further decline enthusiasm, but high increase of buyer's remorse for the product choice and the exorbitant price paid.

I was walking around in Chinatown, NYC and accidentally stumbled on Bibble And Sip on Bayard Street. I've visited their location in uptown West 51 Street many years ago so I was familiar with their popular creampuffs and macarons. The shop is tiny with limited items but all I wanted was the Matcha and Black Sesame creampuffs and they got both! I typically lean towards and prefers Matcha almost on anything, but not this time. I thought the Black Sesame was very black sesame if you know what I mean. I enjoyed it more than the Matcha. The outer shell was a bit hard and I can do less cream but not complaining. The items were purchased to go because I didn't see any seating. Also, no coffee or at least not yet when I visited in early April 2026.

I haven't been back in a minute and forgot how MASSIVE these cream puffs were are from Bibble & Sip! I got their top 2 bestsellers and the cream was literally overflowing. They've also got other asian flavors like matcha, kabocha, jasmine. They recently opened a location in Chinatown, which is more convenient than their midtown location. *Earl Grey $5, Black Sesame Walnut $7 The choux pastry had the perfect crunch, topped with a melon pan style cookie crust. The cream was sooo light, and both flavors were not too sweet. I preferred the earl grey, super floral and fragrant. Black sesame was nutty and slightly chocolatey from the praline.

I saw some of Bibble & Sip's items online before I came to New York and I knew I had to find them. I visited the Chinatown location. The space was small and minimal, but they had all of the cute pastries. The employee working was really nice and took time to answer my questions. I landed on two little cakes and a macaron. Not only were the desserts super cute, they tasted good too!

Favorite is the jasmine cream puff and the classic earl grey. Mango sticky rice cream puff is good but there's too much sticky rice going on

Everything here was so cute it was hard to choose what to try. We ended up with choosing the Strawberry Jasmine cream puff which was not too sweet and extremely light. The strawberry taste does get overpowered by the jasmine a little but I did not mind at all because I love Jasmine. We also decided to try the money bags although there was no description of what flavor it was. However with Chinese New Year approaching, we decided that it was only right. Once you bite in, you get a pretty fragrant tea taste from the cream and I want to say that it is oolong flavor however I am not too sure. This cream was also very light and the white chocolate coating outside was super thin so it didn't make the dessert overly sweet. I really liked the pearls on top for the accent as well as a nice crunch when eating. The jelly closer to the bottom was a surprise and I wouldn't say it was a favorite but it didn't not ruin the experience of the dessert. The staff were very sweet and patient while we were taking a look around and trying to decide which cute dessert to try! I will be back again for the earl grey cream puff which I use to always get and to try a couple more cute pastries.

Food: I'm happy to see that Bibble & Sip has reopened in Chinatown! Their desserts are very good quality and delicious. They have cream puffs, pastries, macarons, and various cute desserts. All desserts are Asian-inspired flavors. I tried the soup dumpling pastry which is a coconut and pandan mousse cake in a tart. It wasn't too sweet, and the flavors were perfect. I'm looking forward to returning to try their other desserts. Service: Staff are friendly and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Ambiance: The place is very small with no seating. The place is relatively new and kept very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this bakery!

Mango Sticky Rice Cream Puff

The mango cream puff looked small at first, but the texture was really good. Crunchy and slightly crispy on the outside, with a soft, smooth mango cream inside that was not overly sweet. The mango flavor came through nicely without tasting artificial. It is a bit expensive for the size, which is probably the biggest downside, but the quality was there. I would not go out of my way to buy multiple, but as a one-time treat or quick dessert stop, it was enjoyable and easy to recommend.

Yes! Finally in Chinatown, no longer need to travel all the way to the Central Park/ uptown for bobble and sip! My fav place for cream puffs. As of now this location only has bakeries. Not sure if they will have drinks as well in the future but I'm satisfied with cream puffs. Service was great, the employees were quick to provide service. It would be great if we can have a table for dining in but understand it's a small shop.

Been wanting to try this cafe for the longest time but held off since it was a bit pricier than what I would normally pay but I gave in this time because it's been years since I've wanted to try it. We had the jasmine tea cream puff, black sesame as well as hazelnut puffs. All were really good. I wanted to try the earl grey cream puff but it didn't look as pretty as the other puffs (it didn't have an extra decor on top) but I bet it would have been equally amazing! Worth the splurge. Next time I'd like to try the pretty cakes!

Great desserts. Tiny shop. No coffee yet. Good for cakes and pastries. Can't wait for coffee and espressos. No seating inside so just grab and go!

I'm so happy Bibble & Sip is reopening in Chinatown! No more schlepping to midtown for the best cream puffs in the city. I stopped by during their soft opening (30% off!) to pick up my favorites: black sesame and the OG early grey. There are also a few special flavors including a hazelnut and a strawberry. I opted for the kabocha, because why not? It was fantastic-- crispy, tender puff shell enveloping luscious vanilla cream, topped with an adorable gourd-shaped kabocha (and chestnut?) filling encased in a thin layer of chocolate. Bibble & Sip is the best at making their desserts taste decadent and light at the same time, and most importantly, not cloyingly sweet! The service was super friendly even though they're still trying to get their shop ready in time for opening on the 15th. It will be cute inside once it's done. Highly recommend.

Just an average and overpriced tasting pastry. Definitely would not recommend. Didn't even have a store sign outside so it's easily missed.
